I've ordered from DocuCopies for years, everything is always great. This time there was an issue with the order, THAT is why I'm leaving them 5 stars. I alerted the service team and they (Jeff) jumped on it right away, confirmed there was an issue, fixed it, and expedited both the reprint and delivery, seamlessly to me.

I could not have been more impressed with DocuCopies. I found them when I was looking for a service to print and bind several copies of a family cookbook for Christmas. Not only were they far more reasonable than Staples or OfficeMax, their customer service was amazing! Within hours of submitting my document, I had an email from Kara with a draft of my final product and clarifying a choice I’d made in error that would have increased my final price. We exchanged several emails back and forth to clarify options. That led to my approval of a document that both met my initial quote, and made me feel much more comfortable that the final product would meet my expectations. Their free shipping option arrived in exactly the time frame quoted, and I’m so happy with what I received.

What a GREAT experience we had with DocuCopies! They printed a 30-page Pictorial Church Directory for us and it came out SUPERB! Chaz walked me thru the order process (so I'd make the best decisions on paper, binding options, lamination, etc.) And the price was very affordable - better than I had anticipated. We absolutely couldn't be more pleased with the results. DocuCopies will be our first stop for all such needs in the future.

We ordered spiral bound books with full color front and back covers, and they were created with excellence and shipped quickly. We are really pleased with the quality and how well they turned out.

Not often you get quality, price and kind service. Docucopies is amazing in all areas! I've used them for many years for employee benefit communications. This year, Memorial Day was on Monday and I placed an order the Friday before. They made a special effort and were able to deliver the day after Memorial Day. When I say extra effort, I have no idea what kind of mountains they moved to get it done. I've forever grateful.

Easy to use website; can do everything (providing you have your own artwork) in a one stop shop; great prices; great delivery; great copies, and great delivery! (I get 2000 copies of a poster for our library's car show) GT

They did an amazing job on a 80 page double-sided color print job and were literally 1/3 of the price of the big shops out there. Very happy I found them! Will definitely use them again! Turn times were right in line with what their online calendar expected. Was an "out of state" print job for me but arrived perfectly packed and collated the way I ordered it. I was very satisfied with my ordering and buying experience with Docucopies. I published a history of our family farm and provided copies to select family members. Very good quality at the most reasonable price I could find.

I priced having my print job done at several local and online vendors. Docucopies had the best price by far and the finished product was exactly what I was wanting. I will be ordering from them again soon.

The user account page makes reviewing and re-ordering very easy. Been using it about 8 years. Delivery slowed down a bit since covid started but everything still gets here in perfect shape, and divided by a bright orange divider sheet if needed.

This is the third year I have used Docucopies for my calendars and I'm very happy with them. I love the 100% recycled 80# cover paper, the colors are spot on to the original files and the print quality results in a beautiful product.

Docucopies is wonderful. Ordered Christmas musical the beginning of August. After a month and a half with the site I ordered we decided to order from Docucopies. Website was easy to use and the product was very good. Was quicker and cheaper than I could get locally. Love that they work with churches. I have used docucopies several times. Always been quality, fast and very well priced. I had a different situation today and I needed help. Phone answered by a real live person (Annie) and she walked me through my order. Could not be happier. The counter jockeys at the bigbox office stores don't offer this kind of help and the are at least 50% more expensive. Will keep on using them, Annie was great.

I was desperate and only had 4 days to have 60 packages of material that was 114 pages in legnth... DocuCopies met the challenge, and even with significant postage (that they did not skim off the top, I checked the rates) it was 30-40% less than other quotes, all of which would not guarantee they could meet the deadline. I am now a customer for life!

DocuCopies is freakin amazing. We have gone to them for many years now, and they are 1) consistently high quality; 2) super prompt; 3) extremely honest: and 4) very affordable. They give new meaning to the phrase "above and beyond". On numerous occasions they've even caught our errors and contacted us saying "are you sure you want this this way?" Every time I've dealt with folks from DocuCopies, I am dealing with a real person who genuinely cares about performing a quality job. I own a small business, and I can't tell you how much easier our lives are, after having found DocuCopies.

We've been using Docucopies to print our family calendar (25 pages, 20-25 copies) every year for almost a decade, and they have produced perfect results every. single. time. Orders have always been delivered in the timeframe specified, and there has never been an issue with print quality. The web site is very easy to use, but the few times I've needed to contact customer support they've always been very friendly and knowledgeable. And their prices are always great too!
