Just awful experience

I am doing right now an IT training through a docebo dedicated portal in my company intranet.
It is an ABOMINATION. Graphics and video look from pre-2000's, when an employee is working on his pc, his tiny disproportionate hands seem to hover over keyboard as if he was playing the piano (badly), AI voice-over makes you want to put audio off ASAP and just read the poor CC subtitles. How on earth are big organizations paying for this? Maybe just like docebo they dont even care about the employee experience, just want to tick off the box, "training done"?

Another catastrophic application for…

Another catastrophic application for managers by managers is a complete pain to use, impossible to find any course, site hangs completely if you ckick the wrong link and try to go back, you can never find the mandatory training assigned to you but sure you find a labirinth of useless categoris that help you to browse forever and find nothing.

Main page goes to 'my activities/my course/toi training/ each of the follwing page has underneath tons of subcategories.

So I receive an email saying I need to comoplete a course, and ususally it takes about 45 minutes, a ticket with IT, and webex with support to eventually find the course that is already assign to my account just so I can start it. What a complete waste of time. 45 minutes wasted for each useless anti harassment bs course mandatory for employees. What a great advanced society we li ve in. Complete waste of time for everybody, zero learning, but the managers can have their tickbox and statistic to know who endured the trainings.

Terrible platform with zero place for collaboration or creativity, sharing feedback, building better learning courses.. it is just a waste. This while there is so many free and open source options avaialble. Great way to alienate your employees and make sure they will hate having training just because the system is so impracticable.

Great Experience

I spoke with Anthony today and had a fantastic customer experience. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who knew their product, it's limitations and where they could fit in with our journey as opposed to sales sales sales. I really got a good impression and found the call to be super helpful.

Docebo was a terrible experience

Docebo was a terrible experience. They sold us on it telling it had a ton of features that it didn't. Had poor customer service that was nonresponsive. Then canceling after one week of not being able to use it due to major limitations like the video size that is half of the industry standard. After ignoring us for 9 months then they reach out trying to get our business back and when that didn't work they forwarded it to collections and legal. When they breached their own agreement and SLA. So here is the lesson, they lie to you to sell you the product, when they cant deliver they ignore you, tell you work around, and then try to sue you to collect on a product you have never even used. Stay away.
