Disappointed.

I bought two plants based on a 24-hour despatch. This wasn't achieved. Both plants arrived looking worse for wear. One in particular looked moribund and I am waiting to see if it will survive. I am hopeful that the other one will be ok.

Poor Service…

The website states dispatched within 24 hours, 10 days later still no sign of the bay trees...perhaps it's a typo and should read dispatched within 24 days. I wouldn't have gone with them If I had known.
