My friend and I had a roast dinner it was Luke warm not nice at all. I complained all the guy said was oh I will let the kitchen know

I received a letter early in January that the Havant store would be closing by the end of January and was provided with a voucher to recompense me for the remaining time on my Club Plus Membership.
Today I went to the store to use the voucher and found that the store had already closed down.
As I can't use the voucher online and the nearest store is 35 miles away I find this a rather empty gesture.
My sympathies are with the staff at this store who were always very pleasant and helpful.

How has this store survived ? Way over priced products, consistently understaffed restaurant, dirty floor and tables even just after opening and very mediocre food. Hoped this place may have sorted itself out over the past years but clearly not.

(Havant) Disgusting toilets and cafe chairs one chair looked like it had poo on it . Women’s toilets had seats off and most basins broken, and toilet paper everywhere… gross 🤮 needs deep clean did leave on google but doesn’t seem anyone cares either !

It was our first time to your garden centre, we enjoyed looking at all the lovely plants etc as we joined your club we had a lovely free coffee and tea and bought some yummy cakes will be back soon !

Visited today staff very helpful especially Simon who unloaded my trolly and packed 4 packs of gravel in my car for me a good experience thank you Dobbies

A great store to visit. We went to the restaurant and had coffee and cake, both were very tasty. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The store staff are always around to help if needed and also helpful and very courteous.

Was able to get all I wanted on this occasion, bird seed and vine weevil treatment.

We were able to get what we wanted easily. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The afternoon tea was fabulous and Sandies knowledge of plants was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend the event.

Well deserve 5 stars we came into the store to buy some garden furniture Carla and the assistant (forgotten his name sorry ) were very helpful and went over and beyond to help us after a problem on my behalf . I would just like to add I find the whole stores staff to be very friendly and we do enjoy visiting Dobbies well done everybody

In a garden centre you expect at least one member of staff to know about plants. Asked 2 for Bergamot. They had no idea. The lady working outside waved me towards the herbs (after looking up what it was) - made no attempt to show me. Could not find any. Asked a man on the till - had no sea what it was, told me there were only 4 people in. Dobbies is a garden centre so why does no one know or be bothered to learn about plants.

Lovely plants,plenty of room in aisles,excellent cafe,with helpful staff.Nice afternoon,in pleasant clean environment.

Ordered an Alps Pebble Modular Sofa Set at the end of January which was 'in stock'. Due to delivery issues we finally were able to enjoy the whole set in April. The customer service team particularly 'John' was very helpful at keeping us informed regarding the delays and re-delivery dates.

The patio set was easy to put together, is lovely and much admired by all of our friends - a great place to relax, entertain and read a book. Light enough to use in or out doors depending on the weather. Worth the wait!
