Scammers, stole my deposit

I started working with this company through a reference. The owner Beth, is a scammer. At first she was very friendly but when I asked for my deposit to be returned after we realized that we are not able to do business with them, she did not refund me. Beth scammed me for my deposit of 500$. I cannot trust such a person and company. This is even fraud. Nobody told me in the beginning that the deposit is non-refundable. I did not sign for this.

The owner

The owner, whose name is Beth, is a scammer. At first, she ships inventory correctly and doesn’t ask for payment right away. But once your order quantity increases, she sends an invoice at double the price of what was originally agreed. She demands you pay the inflated invoice or else says, forget about your inventory.

This is exactly what happened to me. I was doing FBM. At first, she shipped a few units (after 5–6 days) and never asked for payment. But after 12–14 days, she created an invoice with double rates. When I showed proof of the original agreed prices, she threatened to block me and said, Your inventory is mine. If you don’t pay the invoice, no issue.

The owner’s name is Beth M., and she is a scammer. She has more than $1,500 worth of my inventory and has now blocked me. Because of this, my $20,000 funds are blocked on Amazon. I tried contacting her everywhere, but received no response.

This company scammed me badly, and I don’t know what to do.
