It's a fast and cheap way to do it. Reason why I gave it a 4 (instead of a 5) rating is because calling them is very hit and miss. You might get someone very nice and friendly or you might get someone who is very impatient and even rude. Depends on the day. They really need to improve the training of their staff when it comes to talking with clients on the phone. Divorce is already a nightmare, without this additional problem. Other than that it's a good service.
