I am an independent solo artist…

I am an independent solo artist operating under the brand Sarmal Music. Ditto Music has been freezing my earned royalties for over 2 months now. Initially, they put my account under review on April 27th for alleged "artificial streaming," telling me to wait for a 2-month investigation.

Now that the 2-month timeline has officially passed, instead of releasing my withdrawals, they have abruptly shifted the ticket category to "Fraud & Licensing" (Case ID: #105287012). They have provided zero proof, zero reports, and no transparency.

All my tracks are created legally by me using a Paid Premium Suno Subscription, which grants me absolute 100% commercial and distribution rights under Suno's global Terms of Service. There is no fraud or licensing issue whatsoever. Ditto Music is simply using automated false flags and shifting goalposts to unlawfully withhold an independent creator's hard-earned royalties.

I demand a senior compliance manager look into Case #105287012 immediately, verify my commercial rights, and release my pending funds!

Decent service

I had to edit my review after contacting them, and figuring a few things out which were on my end (I do apologize) this service was actually pretty worth the money. The write ups were well thought out and showed that the blogs genuinely listened to and analyzed the music. Customer service was incredibly quick and the team was very helpful and informative. I would give 5 stars but I do think the promo package is a bit over priced. Otherwise excellent service.

Great Team

Everything works very well, the only exceptions are normally beyond Dittos control such as images not meeting Ai standards. sometimes response could be quicker, I am still waiting for a partial block on claiming copyright to be lifted. However on the whole an excellent team!

Robot costumer service and long waiting after having paid for a fast release.

I chose Ditto over Landr because they offered fast release - where Landr would take two days, but they have human service.
It's a very important release in link with an exhibition with high visibility. Payed 50€ for fast release - where hours count - and all their costumer service is AI and robots. It's now day two, and they say it'll take another day to get back to me - I'm very frustrated and this company is not okay. I can't believe they don't have quick service for people paying for quick release.

Ditto has been an excellent music distribution partner. The platform is easy to use, music uploads are simple, and royalty withdrawals are fast and convenient. My music reaches major streaming platforms worldwide, and managing releases is straightforward. Ditto has helped me grow as an independent artist and label owner. Highly recommended

The timing and help was wonderful

The timing and help was wonderful. The site needs to fix their glitch when someone wants to remove the "pay the subscription with royalties, back to cash out the royalties". Otherwise, its been a very good experience!

Scam Alert!

Scam Alert!
These guys are just scammers. They took all my royalties, never paid me a single penny.

Reason: My music was streamed mostly on YouTube, These patterns can unfortunately only result from the use of illegal streaming.

Seriously? it's illegal streaming if streams are mostly from YouTube? Disgusting scammers.

No matter what, stay away from this scam platform and scammers. If not, have fun getting scammed.

FYI: These scammers will reply to this review saying they investigated and found illegal streaming. Or say that I don't even have an account with these scammers.
