Worst employer ever, cheats, keeps giving false excuses, definition of being unfair
I was hired by a man called Vikesh Mehta. After a long time waiting for him to finally kick it off after an exchange of emails, he invited me to London, promised accomodation for the training purpose. I had to stay in his dirty warehouse where he gave me an air pumped mattress to sleep on and throughout 2 or 3 weeks of time I spent there, I observed how he treats people, his business, his partners, his employees...don't ever trust this man regardless on which side of the business you are - one of the worst experiences of a human being I've ever had on any aspect...he would cheat the hell out of anyone. I ended up not getting paid for 2 weeks of my life spent at his warehouse (he did pay me for the first week though), waiting for him to train me, which never happened, with this guy blaming everything on me and trying to play me and make me feel guilty. Notoriously late, notoriously lying to everyone, probably the world's least trustworthy man, don't do any business with him, I was a fool to even try. At times he was even aggressive towards me and at the end when I told him I do not want to work for him, he refused to shake my hand, called me a 'piece of s**t' and kicked me out on the street, not keeping his promise of making sure I can (at least) get a safe return trip back home (I flew from Poland to London to work for him). Traumatic experience.
