Recently Had My Windscreen Cracked In Various Places On My Works Van
And i Needed An Urgent Replacement 1 Fitting A.S.A.P.
This Was On Thursday Late Afternoon.

So Looked on Google For The Nearest 1 Location Wise In North Yorkshire (Scarborough Area)
And Wasnt Impressed With the Lack Of Companies Locally That Could / Would Have Been Able To Help With My Problem.

So i Widened My Search Travelling Area And Surprisingly There Was Lots Available In West Yorkshire Area.

After Looking At Various One's And Reading Some Reviews For Nearly 2 Hours!
There Was Only 1 That Truly Stood Out From the Rest.
This Being, Discount Windscreen Services Of Leeds.

By This Time It Was Nearly 7pm So I Thought Give The Company A Call. ☎️
Wasn't Really Expecting An Answer Tbh Given The Time It Was.
But Yeap Ryan Answered (Phew)

I Explained My Issue / Problems And He Assured Me That He Was Able To Sort Out A Replacement Windscreen & Fit It The Next Day.

So Yeah I Made The Journey Some 180ish Miles RoundtripTo Leeds & Back, The Next Morning
& Honestly The Service Given Upon Me Arriving At Ryan's Workplace Unit Was 2nd To None.

Actually Before I Even Arrived I Had To Call Ryan And Ask For Directions As My Satnav System Decided To Crash? Gawd damn 😳
And Yeap Sure Enough The Directions Given Via Telephone Call Was Absolutely 💯 Super, 👍
Right To The Premises.

Ryan Was Able To Remove The Damaged Windscreen & Clean The Area & Refit Another Brand New Windscreen In My Van In Less Than 30-mins.
While I was Entertaining His Beautiful Dog, With Rubs n Tickles haha.

(100% Top Guy Ryan Is & His Helper) both Brill.
And The Quotation Given Was The Best Price Around... Truly Happy 😊

The Service & Commitment & Workmanship & Valued Exeperiance Was Brilliant 👏

Definitely I Made The Right Choice To Choose Ryan And His Company For This Service..

We’ve just received brilliant service from Ryan and his team. My parents needed a new windscreen and we were given a time window and kept up to date all the way through until the job was finished . A job well done and very professional I would highly recommend them and use them again.

After being told by other companies.....
'It's a day before Easter holidays, and that no one could help me I then searched on Google and found Discount Windscreens Ltd.,
I called and Ryan answered, listened to my urgent predicament and although he was very busy said he would fit me in at the end of his day.
I arrived at 5pm and he had sourced a new windscreen for me and did the job all by 6.30pm
I cannot praise him enough. His work was a 100% amazing and the fact he went out of his way to help me was appreciated greatly.
I recommend him to anyone seeking a true professional with a perfect work ethic!!

I was in an emergency situation and needed a windscreen replacing same day. Ryan was absolutely fantastic and so helpful! He got me in that day and done by 5pm so I could get home the following day. Great at staying in contact, provided quotes as I asked, very good rates considering emergency and same day fitting.
He was so lovely, friendly and kind. He saved my day and I owe him a pint!

Another great job by Ryan. My last review was on Google about 18 months ago and I knew then that I'd found a great service. Unfortunately thieves broke into my car again and, like last time, Ryan was speedy in his response and despite my car being very old he managed to get a replacement window the next day. Usual professional, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service from enquiry to getting my van windscreen replaced. Turned up at the workshop and as soon.as he arrived that was it. Opened up got started straight away. As a delivery didnt arrive my windscreen didn't didn't get fitted when it was booked but ryan went out of his way to get it done as soon as I could get the car back to him. Thankyou it's appreciated!

Can’t fault Ryan at all. My battery died and needed a replacement, Ryan came out within the hour to fit a new battery. Will always go to Ryan with any car issues. Very reasonable prices and lovely lad!

Fantastic service! I called them @ 11 AM aboutmy BMW X5 cracked windscreen. Fully repaired and on my way by 1PM same day. Also very reasonable price much cheaper than the National chains. Ten out of ten to Ryan and Dylan.

Called Ryan at Discount Windscreens today as my windscreen was leaking water through to my car. Ryan told me to bring the car down and he would have a look straight away. As soon as i arrived Ryan checked it out and turns out the car has had a previous windscreen replacement that had been done badly before me getting the car causing it to leak. Ryan couldnt have been more helpful with providing me the right information to more forward with resolving the situation i have found myself in. Honestly cannot thank him enough for how honest and helpful he was with me and Would 100% recommend Ryan. Thanks again!

Excellent service from Ryan. I had a crack in my windscreen and after calling a couple of people, I could not get it replaced for at least a week. As I need my car for work I called Ryan and he came out to my workplace within 24 hrs, supplied and fitted the windscreen. A very good service.

Really great service from Ryan, who helped me out when my windscreen got smashed by a fallen branch. He looked at photos and gave me immediate advice even though it was a Sunday, and had it all fixed and ready to go on the Monday. Autoglass said no because the frame was a bit dented in the accident, Ryan hammered the dented frame out of the way of the glass no problems. Great communication, speedy service, and a job well done. I'm very grateful.

Ryan quoted me £340 for a windscreen It cost me £380 he replaced it twice
Dropping the original and damaging my bonnet
He sent it to a smart repair to get fixed they have a terrible reputation and did a terrible job
I took it else where but they did no better Ryan paid before I inspected
I had to have my windscreen replaced again by someone else because it kept dropping and they did the job right and it only cost me £180 they also told me the one Ryan fitted wasn't a genuine windscreen when he led me to believe it was reflecting the price i paid
Went for my original windscreen on the 8th of January 14th March my bonnet is ruined and Ryan does not longer want any part of it and will not sort the problem out
I am now £600 + out of pocket my recommendation is to stay well clear of discount windscreens and use windscreen services Yorkshire ps.it's taken till today to write this review

Ryan is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with the leak in my roof. I was really struggling to fix the problem, he saved the day and my car from becoming a swimming pool.
I can’t recommend him enough. His communication is great and the results are fantastic.

On the morning of my daughters university graduation my passenger window was smashed out during the night at a car park. I couldn’t drive home on the motorways and finding a replacement was proving difficult. I phoned Ryan and although he was unable to source a replacement he removed all the glass and taped it so I could make the three and a half hour journey home. The tape lasted the journey and the 4 days until it could be replaced. He was an absolute life saver and I am super grateful .
