No magazine in almost a year
This company is joke. Did a 3 year renewal back in November 2021. Never received a single issue. Contacted customer service in mid February. Was told can't do a 3 year renewal anymore. Was refunded 1 year and they set up a new 2 year subscription. Was given brand new order number. June 1st and still no magazine. Checked account orders today and order number not even listed. This company has totally dropped the ball again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
There are others out there that WILL actually do what they say and offer.

I’ve been a subscriber to Wired magazine through discountmags for MANY years. Twice in that time, including currently, I’ve received two copies of the same magazine every single month. In addition the other issue I’ve experienced for several years now is that the magazine I receive is easily 3-4 weeks behind the Wired magazine I find on the shelf when I go to Barnes and Noble. Presumably, one subscribes to a magazine to get it as soon as it comes out. But every single month I get the print version in my mail 3-4 weeks later than it’s available in stores. I am not sure whose fault this is, but I’m seriously considering stopping my subscription due to these problems.

Have bought magazines from this company for several years and they always come within 6-8 week. If any questions Customer Service answers fast and complete. Web site shows me all my magazines and their active/inactive status. Great feature is a Price Lock that assures renewal at same price even if publisher raises the price. Gives advance notice of renewal and allow chosing to renew or not.
Friendly Help Although It Was Not Their Subscription
I still received a magazine I cancelled some time ago. I thought I had bought it via DiscountMags, but that turned out not to be so. However, the person who answered my email was very friendly and stirred me in the right direction although it was not their subscription.
I have some other subscriptions with DiscountMags and was always very satisfied with the service. The prices are unbeatable! Especially considering that the magazines also have to be shipped. This will always be the first place I will come to to look for subscriptions!

I ordered 4 magazines the end of December 2021. up until now(april 7,2022) I have received 3 of these magazines(2 in February and 1 in march) still waiting for the fourth one . what is taking so long?
WHERE IS MY MAGAZINE??
I ordered People magazine on January 8, 2022. My order stated that it will be delivered between March 5th and April 2nd. Here it is April 2nd and NO Magazine! I find it hard to believe it takes this long to process a magazine subscription. I would like a response to this review!

Ordered LUXE magazine

First of all, Kudos to Trust Pilot! Upon publishing my earlier review, they contacted DM. That generated a flurry of CS activity on the part of DM to remedy the issue. Thanks TP.
DM CS has contacted me several times, and they also communicated directly with LUXE. LUXE is extending the subscription period and changing the regional issue to Texas. DM also offered and provided additional compensations that soothed my ire and were much appreciated. Therefore, in the spirit of reconciliation, and to recognize Trust Pilot for their outstanding involvement, I am revising my rating in this matter.
Original Review: Ordered LUXE magazine. Did not receive the first issue until 5 months after order. Issues are specific for different regions. I live in DFW but they sent me Arizona. Contacted DM's CS initially about the delay and now about the error in regional issue. Have yet to receive a response. Subscribing to print magazines is akin to ordering VHS tapes...it's over. Never again.

First time ordering from the company and my order did not arrive within the specified time frame. I contacted CS and they were most helpful in resolving the problem with the company of the ordered magazine. CS was excellent and very fair. I will not hesitate to place my future orders with Discount Mags!!!

I never write reviews, but I am so very disappointed with this company! I placed an order beginning of may and was supposed to get my first magazine 6/24-7/24. Well, today 7/31 I still have not received my magazine. I contacted their customer service department to be met with an email saying it can take 10-14 for an order status request to be processed. I’m sorry but waiting 2 weeks to hear back about my order is absurd! It’s also crazy to wait 2 months for a magazine to get delivered. Overall very dissatisfied with the company and will not be ordering through them in the future!
