Easy good value and quick

can't rate these guys highly enough. such a great service. adding discs is made super quick via the app; I did over 200 in no time. free collection over 25 discs and you get to choose when. donate the proceeding to nordoff robins and it adds the feel good factor to decluttering as you're donating to a great music charity!!! LOVE this.

It was quick and simple. I did not have to ask for anything, I sent it off, got my money within a week. Will use again as cleaning the house out.

Excellent bar code scanner enabled me to quickly price all my CDs and DVDs, majority were accepted unlike other similar services; Got paid for everything I sent within a couple of weeks so no complaints.

I found discflipper looking for music magpie app, thought I'd give them a try as I had previously used music magpie and I'm very glad I did. Discflipper were willing to pay me over £5 more than mm for a stack of CDs I no longer played. Postage was free and a courier collected the parcel from me the following day. I received an email in a couple of days confirming which CDs they were purchasing(I stupidly didn't check the cases and several were empty, these weren't returned to me which was fine by me) and how much I would receive. I then got a cheque in the post a week later. I've had a good experience of discflipper and would use again, my only suggestion on improving the service would be bank transfer or paypal instead of cheque as payment method so you get your money quicker. I would recommend using discflipper.

The app very easy to work with, I was able to scan all my items in less than 5 minutes and got a quote straight away. The registration was quick and the next day I got them delivered. My check came in the post within two weeks of sending my items. Good service, I will use it again!

This company is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I sent my items in that had been accepted after spending over 2 hours scanning them. I sent them off and received an email letting me know that had been received. I then get another email informing me that they wouldn't except 5 of my items as they where CD singles and that they dont except CD singles (even though they had been excepted when I scanned them in). I replied to the email asking if I was going to receive them back (as per their terms & Conditions on the website) and was informed that I could have then back but had to pay them £5 to get them. I checked the T&C on the website and noticed that it says that they will be returned to you if they are not excepted (and had no meantion of a charge for getting MY personal property back). The person I was emailing back an forth (Richard) was very rude in his replied and more than once implied that I was stupid. Apparently because the items not excepted are CD singles, I had to pay to get them back even though the website clearly says 'Grab all your unwanted CDs'. With no clarification that they actually me CD ALBUMS. They have completely rejected ALL of my items.

I would rather sell my items to ANY OTHER SITE than Discflipper and I am still in disbelief that they had affectively held MY personal items RANSOM and wouldn't return them unless I paid them money to get them back.

Working with this company was easy . I had no complaints with their service. The only issue that I think they should look at is the online database which can confusingly at times offer amounts for computer software when the company's policy is not to purchase these products.

This is an excellent service I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone , Everything so easy to follow, and very quick to respond .

Scanned and sent 40 games, all of which were working. They picked them up and processed them real fast, I can't complain about that, however they rejected 30 of the 40 games i sent with the reason "We do not accept PC discs", and that they will send me a check for the rest. All the games I sent were in full working condition, most didn't even require CD codes to play,

They need to fix their scanning system then, if they don't accept PC discs, considering they accepted some of the PC discs I sent but not others. Also it's been almost 1 month, and I have yet still to receive my check for the games they did accept.

Declined most of the games I sent them which work fine.

I would have made a lot more money listing them online to sell myself, if I knew that they were going to do that. Guess I'm never using them again.

From scanning to the collection - there was no hassle whatsoever, so pleased I actually did this and used this company. Received cheque today and have recommended this site to others already. Brilliant - thank you.

I recently used this service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Excellent communication from Richard, very helpful and friendly. They processed the order quickly too which was great. Pays a little less than music magpie but seems to take nearly all disks unlike the latter.

You don't get a lot for what you sell (though a bit more than Music Magpie) but the service works well to get rid of unwanted discs. Easy barcode scanning on app and all items sent were accepted and cheque received promptly.

The system is easy to use although some barcode numbers don't register for some reason so you can't enter, but a minor issue as in the main it works. The money offered is not great but I suspect that the CDs I sent were not in demand etc. but the service is speedy.
Both the service and the support staff are excellent.
Recommended.

The use of the Discflipper app made the process of itemising and valuing discs I wanted to sell so easy. The enquires for help, via email, were answered quickly and effectively. Payment for CDs bought was prompt. Thanks
