Purchased my additional Dirttrapper mat from the website dirttrapper.co.uk and received it from the company the next day. Great product, I now have 3 last one bought over 5yrs ago and still working. You do have to periodically wash them to get the best performance.
If you click on the DirtTrapper Door Mat company website, it appears it is all up and running. With contact numbers and online booking. After leaving several messages on their telephone line where a voicemail says "we are busy right now, leave your number etc. etc." and sending an email where it says "contact us via email". Nothing is returned. The reason is the company was DISSOLVED IN 2023. Why don't they take away their website. What a waste of time when I could have gone somewhere else a lot earlier.
The dirt trapper is good ,but there administration is very poor on communication ,they also give false tracking information ,which wasted me two days hanging around for parcel force ,complaints and requests go unanswered ,you cannot tlk to head offie ,cant blame covid for this very sloopy

I ordered Sunday evening, an hour later an email saying when the mats would be delivered since the colour I ordered was out of stock. I suggested another colour, minutes later an email saying the mats would be despatched the following day. I received them on Tuesday as promised. Excellent service for an excellent product.
