The quality of the ordered part was good. Delivery had a little hiccup (delivering company lost my package?) but once Direct Window Parts made aware of the situation, they send me another one right the way. Quite happy with the experience.

Shipping is unreliable!
My parcel was not delivered but was returned to sender! I waited all day for the part as tracking advised the date only to find out it was shipped Canada Post. Advised I’d have to pay $17.50 to have it resent from the local post office! Emailed you but no response!

The website was well laid out. I made the mistake of not blending my two items onto one order and you couldn’t put them together when I emailed you on a Sunday. You said the first order was already processed but it was not shipped, just received parts 7 days after the order.
