No problem with electricity or Internet both very helpful. As far as removalist just couldn't get straight answers. As for the end of lease cleaning the price was way over the top.

Our realestate agent put through a request on our behalf. We connected everything ourselves and did not require their service. My partner and I both told them we no longer required their service, however, we have been called multiple times a day for the last two weeks. I received 6 calls in one day even after I spoke to someone. We have both had to block the number to avoid unwanted calls. Will never use their service in future due to the unrelenting calls despite us both informing them we did not require their service service.
After two years of dealing with a brand new HVAC system including Temperzone units and the latest Direct Control software and management system this has been one of the worst experience so of my life. Direct Control wont do anything unless it comes with a PO, they close work at 3pm most days (they say 4pm but try calling them) or the person who hanldes the area isn't in. The management software is worse than uesless. Just having it makes my life worse, we have over 200 alarms which apprantly dont mater (currently 28.9 degrees in our building and it is only 3.30pm). Every time we restart the routetr the control system switches off and you have to get a tech out to turn it on. Meanwhile sometime in the next week you will undoubtly bake all your customers, you will get bad reviews for not having air con, or your equipment just stops because it too hot! Ditrect Control blame North Shore Air Conditioning - but in this case its just the controller!
They put my details in wrong for my internet so it messed up with my payment but then I wasn't notified and my internet was restricted. And I had a problem with the electricity they set up and they kept telling me the wrong information so I just went straight to Origin and asked to never be contacted again by Direct Connect.

Electricity had not been connected on agreed date. Provider advised that paperwork had not been finalised by Direct Connect and connection was cancelled.
