Plug on £ 380 pump defective as it was squashed ouit of shape.

I had to source a new plug then fit it as i needed it running straight away.

We’re sorry to hear that the unit arrived with a bent plug — this is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. While we did offer to collect and replace the pump once we were made aware of the issue, we understand that you needed the pump operational immediately and took matters into your own hands by sourcing and fitting a new plug.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re sorry for the trouble this caused.
