Ordered and paid a product online that…
Ordered and paid a product online that was later not available, waited 3-4 days before getting notified of refund, had to find and order product elsewhere took another week - frustrating!

Unbelievably long delivery time - 2 months
On the website the delivery time of my item is still 3-5 days. And promise on the main page is free delivery over certain sum which I exceeded. I called before the order to ask if the delivery time was true, I got confirmation from your company. Then no one was updating about the changes, I alway had to call to learn that my order was delayed, it was promised another date of delivery which also didn’t happen. I had to call again and again but there were just promises without concrete information. In the end I got a separate bill over 2000 kr for the delivery which I expected to be free of charge.

Product received, and installed. In my experience Swedish webshops can often be a little slow in fulfilling orders also postnord has lately been doing a terrible job. This order though was sent out quickly and delivered within good time, thanks.
