My name is shazeb ameen I work with a dineorder I give good busses to the dineorder 30 March start this issue he took in my account 142 pound and when I ring back I spoke the guy and he told me I will solve this but he didn't ring me back after then I ring back the guy he said customer claim back of 2 order which is total 142 pound I said how 1 month before he claim and how to take out money back from my account after 1 month of the claim then he said I know after 1 month and that's why I tell you after 1 month and I ask what is the solution of that this is my regular customer and I know him personally he said you just take this recipt and sign from that customer and send me back then you going to be get back that amount so after then I send back that recipt and sign in from that person still that issue the problem is not solve and this week again took 29 pound from mu account so I speak to my manager name sandeep and he said that I will solve it out after then I speak umar he said Don't worry I will slove it after next day he don't pickup my phone and next day he pickup and told me I am on leave I will solve it on Monday and Monday I ring them from that time they are not picking my phone after that he send me sms that he will ring me back but he don't ring and today I ring 3 to 4 times but not picking my phone

Multiple phone calls being told a refund has been processed and being given a refund number which has all been lies, had to open a dispute with the bank. Steer clear, liars and fraudsters! Will happily take your money and not provide the service then give you the run around.

Absolutely disgusting company! Placed and paid for an order through their website, went to collect and the place had shut down. Rang them to advise them and to ask for a refund. They are refusing to refund as they can’t get in touch with the owner and also refusing to take the closed down takeaway off their restaurant as it gets them money. I have been spoken to so rudely, they have hung up on me multiple times and tell me that I am not able to get a refund. Avoid at all cost, complete scammers

Avoid at all costs
This company is complete fraud. I am the owner of takeaway. They came to my business when I was not there and spoke with my manager who agreed to get service in place for 1 month trial what is OK, but I never gave any permission to take over my Google business listing that they did. I don't understand how they can do something like that without talking to the business owner personally at the end of the day looks like director is not needed to them. I don't have any contract or anything. Now I am in a battle to get back access to Google listing. If needed I will seek legal actions against these scammers.

Avoid like the plague
I urge everyone to avoid Dine Order at all cost. I own a takeaway and have had a terrible experience with them. They took over our online presence monopolised for their own gained. We lost control of our Google business profile, and they are redirecting our customers to their website, causing confusion and a significant drop in our revenue. When we tried to leave them, they wouldn't let us take back control of our Google profile and lied to us repeatedly about it causing confusion for our customers and a significant drop in our revenue. This company is a complete fraud!
Shame on you
Despite several attempts via email and the store saying we would get a refund, it never happened. Complete failure to communicate on late food that was delivered stone cold
