I bought women's merino wool shorts that I thought were great, except for the elastic waist band that was too tight. Hard to fix this myself, so I changed them for a bigger size. Now the band is perfect but the shorts are too big, hanging loosely around my hips and legs, not as comfortable as fitting shorts.
Changing for a bigger size was a bit of a hassle, but customer service was very friendly.

I ordered some woollens from here. The quality was really good, and they were delivered promptly in a couple of days. When I found that the clothes were a bit too big, I was easily able to request a return receipt, send it over and have my money back shortly thereafter. Overall, a very good shopping experience with them. We also bought some clothes for my son about a year ago which fit him very well, and he was very comfortable wearing them.
