Adrienna Papell long beaded gown…

Adrienna Papell long beaded gown purchased at Dillards.com was received with a 6x6 inch square of missing beads on the back shoulder. Product info never stated that it was damaged. Dillards shipping department shipped knowing of this defect.

My advise is to open and try review your product when you receive it. Also return it ASAP once it is discovered.

Very disappointed in product and service.

Great customer service

My godmother and godfather came into Dillard's to buy a dress for my nephew baptism. While there they experienced great customer experience with a lady name De De she helped them to dressing room and then proceed to find my godmother a beautiful dress but she didn't stop there she even went down stairs and found her a nice pair of shoes and bought them back upstairs so she could try on with dress they both loved them but to top it off she help her down to first floor while my godfather got car and walked her out and asst her into car with seatbelts on both of them. I have never experienced such tremendous customer service at Dillard's. I will always shop there our whole family we was over excited with her and the store will you please let her know we love her and my family can't wait to meet her. Dillard's keep hiring people like here with her kindness we no longer going to Macy's were Dillard's for life! Thanks again their both 87 and my godmother walks with cane due to her bad hip so it's very hard for her to get around without help.

I am thrilled with my recent experience…

I am thrilled with my recent experience at Dillards. I had to purchase a black tie evening gown and shoes. Dillards had everything I was looking for. They had the best price point, quality materials, made in the USA. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and the store, Dillards at North Park Mall in Dallas was immaculate! Thank you Dillards!!

I ordered my daughters daddy daughter…

I ordered my daughters daddy daughter dress and shoes and paid for expedited shipping. They failed to make the shipping label until late in the afternoon causing the order to be delayed until Monday. FedEx states that Dillards can call and still have it delivered on Friday. Dillards said they will not call or rectify the situation. I will never shop here again. The supervisors are rude and speak over you! I am out of state on an emergency and they have ruined this occasion! Don’t advertise expedited shipping and accept payment if you aren’t going to do your part!

Horrible return policy/Customer Service!!

I bought 4 pairs of boots online from Dillards. Waited until I got all 4 to decide which pair looked and fit the best. I also purchased 2 tops.
I then sent back 3 pairs of boots, after deciding on one pair. I printed out the return labels, boxed them carefully and took to the post office. This was a week ago. Today, I received my package back in the mail!!! Dillards said it was over 30 days from the date of ordering and would not honor my return!!!!
I’m so mad!!! I will not purchase from them ever again!!!!!!

Dillard’s sent me a dress with…

Dillard’s sent me a dress with Christmas gifts I had ordered. It wasn’t mine. After the holidays I called and told them about the error. Took them a while to figure it out. I was returning some other items so they asked me to include with those. I did and returned all of them. I try to always be honest n do right thing.
I had forgotten that I purchased slippers in September n they had torn apart at the seam. I should have discusses w them at that time. I forgot.
Went to local Dillard’s with receipt from 9/2022. By December they had torn up. They said so sorry.
I called customer service today to see if they received lost item I returned. Yes they did. Explained my slipper situation n they said so sorry.

No more buy from Dillard’s

One star is being generous!

Dillard’s was lucky they got one star. I purchased 3 pair Jessica Simpson sale boots- when I inquired to exchange for a smaller size was told, conveniently that it was a final
Sale - so I’m S.O.L! I guess Dillard’s assumes everything you buy from them will fit. What a pathetic policy- shame on Dillard’s for such poor policies and customer service- my business will now go elsewhere.

I returned two pieces of clothing in…

I returned two pieces of clothing in San Antonio January 27. Both had come apart the first time they were worn. The sales person kept saying that it was over 30 days and couldn’t be returned. I purchased on December 29! Next the excuse was they were worn. Yes, they fell apart the first time worn! Next was the tags were removed. I don’t wear clothes with sales tags on them. Anything not to refund my money on poorly made, expensive clothing. Really sad that they won’t stand behind their products. I had sales receipt. Should have not been an issue.

I unintentionally gave a "peep show" at…

I unintentionally gave a "peep show" at Dillard's Willowbend in Plano,Tx.

I felt violated when the store manager decided to have a construction crew come without an announcement.

She full on opened my dressing stall with workers gawking at my young body!

When I yelled she rudely told me, "You should have locked the door"!

Ah...yes...that would have been nice...if you had friggin locks on the door or announced Male construction workers were going to be in the ladies room in the middle of the afternoon!

Corporate did not respond to my complaints!

I DESPISE Dillard's!

Minus 1 million stars!!!

racially profiled at dillards 2 armed cops to stop 20 year old female

went here to go Christmas shopping and i sadly did not find anything that caught my attention because their sales weren't great sales. I was walking out the store and while walking out the manager and 2 armed police officers had stopped me and publicly embarrassed me in front of everyone in the mall, and accuse me of stealing two pairs of underwear. They checked me without having the right to do so, and made me empty my pockets in front of everyone and my bag. The public humiliation was absolutely horrifying. I am a Mexican girl who is only 20 and has no need to steal underwear. I myself work at a bank and have no need to steal and this has never been so embarrassing. I felt ashamed and threatened. The police officers had armed weapons for 2 underwear? this was racially profiled by a worker here who was elderly and caucasian, since that matters now even though we're in the year 2022. I would never shop here again. I did not know dillards was a racist and scary place to shop at! I would never recommend any one here again if you are ever lightly colored. They will stop you and publicly humiliate you and make you feel unsafe incense you leave the store. After they checked me they realized they were in the wrong and no apologies or anything for that fact!
NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

over charges more than the vendor direct

i see that you do not have a thing for reviews on fb but i found this i would not either if i had the practices that you do most store price match we learned the hard way that you do not again i would not either if i was charging more than what you can buy the item for at the vendors website and not just a little more 120.00 more on the one item my husband got me a Dooney Burk purse and wallet the purse is 120 less at Dooney Burk .com did not check the wallet as we were in formed that they do not price match even their vendors but that is a lesson learned and we will mot be shopping there again and i am also letting everyone we know how this company works so sad but that is ok

30 days return even at Christmas

So I don't know why anyone would gift shop here are Christmas. Even then, they have a 30 day ONLY return window. If you shop online, only free delivery over $150 and they charge 9.95 for returns. Then they have NO option on their website to order and pick up in store. I doubt they are long for the retail world at this rate. They need to get with the times.

Ms Christina Campbell Store 161 made my day. I was looking for wedding gift of a picture frame. She opened box after box for me, until I found the perfect frame. We spent the better part of 45 minutes together. She is a very important part of Dillard’s in Charleston.

I’m shopping for a purse looking at a coach purse and the lady working at this time is looking like I can’t afford a purse, and keeps pushing my to the clearance table, and still offering people to look at bags and try them on! But what she doesn’t know is that I own four businesses and instead of treating someone like they can’t afford something, talk to your customers and see what I or someone else might need!! Port Charlotte store please train customer service better.

Had 2 positive interviews got offered a job did background check and little did I know they only go back 7-10 years I was honest and they wanted nothing to do with me something that happened 27 years ago I work in the medical 🏥 field for over 7 years but can’t get a seasonal job at a department store like dillards so fake and unprofessional don’t shop their ever and definitely won’t work with anyone who judges me for my past unbelievable

Horrible customer service

The shipping company lost an order I placed in September. Reported to CS and to my credit card company. The order eventually arrived & everything resolved. Or so I thought. Last week placed an order and it was cancelled 3 days later. When I called CS, they indicated the lost shipment incident last month flagged me to not get anymore online orders. It was their fault. Do not buy from them online! Horrible customer service

If there was an option to provide -5 stars I would. They cancelled my orders because they "reserve the right to refuse purchase" for "select items" they kept saying it's for items that have limited stock. I tried to buy 2x of the same item. This is gatekeeping and they tried to spin it as "we aren't tracking the users we are keeping track of the items" but YOU ARE TRACKING THE CUSTOMERS because that's how you are basing these arbitrary judgments. I had made a purchase of the same item a few months ago and wanted to buy more. The representative just kept repeating they have the right to refuse purchase. Also if it is about fair distribution then HAVE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY ITEMS CAN BE PUT INTO THE BASKET (or make a note "1 item per customer"). But of course they don't actually share the amount they are allowing creating this chaotic shopping experience. The issue was not only unresolved but I definitely felt dismissed and disregarded. And for what? Do they actually care about "equity" for their customers, because they sure treated me horribly. I will never buy from them again and I hope no one else does.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a large retail store. Even the credit card department is awful. They will lower your limit if you don't use your card frequently which affects your credit score. Just don't do it! Don't even think about retuning anything because that is a mess as well! Just do yourself a favor and shop at Nordstrom!
