Do NOT see this DR - VERY SLOW to be seen on time!!

Went to an appointment on time for Dr. Claudia Vogel, even earlier last week in mid-afternoon, but had already made another appointment after it, giving it enough time to go there. So what happened is I checked in & signed paperwork, etc, then I told Goldie and Noi that I have an appointment I have to go to due to a car emergency that I had to make, and I was still waiting to be seen with Dr Vogel. As time was passing by, I had asked Noi (with an attitude problem) who was messing with her hand device, not on her computer (& she gets paid?) at work. I asked how long it would take to be seen, & she said Dr V. has two other people ahead of me, so that makes me not be able to make it on time for my car emergency appointment, which could kill me or another driver if I didn't get the car fixed immediately, so I took off. I didn't have time to reschedule due to not knowing where this mechanic moved to, to give me time to find it and be on time.

I came in a few days later to reschedule, as they don't answer their phones at all, and was told by Goldie that Dr. V. said I can't be seen anymore by her and that I took off on her.

If Dr V. had a better rating from other people here, she wouldn't show how she treated her veterans to terminate future visits with her. When I had an emergency, I had to go to a mechanic who would have been over 2 or 2.5 hours of waiting to see her.

I can see that Dr. V. doesn't have compassion for 'all' her patients. When I was there on time waiting, waiting seemed to add more patients to push me further down to be seen on time. I can see that other ratings online of hers are very low. I was told by another patient not to expect to be seen for up to 3 hours.
