Product was shipped on the 5th and on the 13th still have not recived my order. The tracking number they gave does not give me any information about the status of my package. STILL WAITING...........

Hi! Sad to hear that PostNord in this matter yet have failed to deliver. We sent the parcel the day after we received your order, but sometimes "letters" takes a bit longer. Especially when sending them abroad and especially when sending them to Denmark hence your ordinary mail is delivered so seldom . We trust P.N will do their job in the nearest future, otherwiswe we are here to help you.
