Seven out of the eight Moviechrome 40 cine reels were as clear and as good as could be expected forty year old footage. The eighth was clearly damaged but Digital Converters managed to convert it and made it easily watchable which I'm very thankful for as it was the most important one. Many thanks. I will be digging out more old video for digitisation.

Really impressed with the service from Digital Converters. They kept me updated every step of the way . So lovely to have personal dvds converted digitally and to be able to relive and share those memories with my family and friends.

Excellent service and quick turnaround with good communication from start to finish, was a bit doubtful at what quality I would be getting as video tape was nearly 40 years old but apart from my dubious filming it’s turned out quite watchable, also options for extra copying which is great if anyone wants copies

A first class service. Having found, after many years of searching, 10 old Mini DV family video tapes I entrusted Digital Converters with the task of digitising them. The whole process from initial order, despatch and tracked return was seamless. I felt very confident in the company and the whole process was completed in 10 days. We now have so many memories which we can view as a family. Well done Digital Converters and would highly recommend.

This was so easy to do. I went for the USB stick for my VHS to be transferred onto, website so easy. Constant communciation from DC during the process and quick delivery. Must say I cried when I watched it, my daughter was three when it was recorded at preschool, she's now 26 so it's been a while......memories.

Sent Digital Converters 11 Cine reels of different sizes, sent on Tuesday 18th February 2024 was clearly able to track via the order number on the website, on Friday 21st February 2024, I received notice that the Films were available on the website to download and/or stream.
On Saturday 22nd February 2024 a box arrived back with a usb stick and original reels.
The quality is perfect with only a few corrupted sections, however the reels are over 55 years old some even older.
I highly recommend this service and could not fault quality, communications and price.
Now looking out further batches to send

The website was easy to navigate and from posting my videos I received email updates and the USB arrived just over a week later. I’m no tech wizard but it was so easy to use and the quality of the films is excellent. I’ve now ordered and received 2 additional USBs. I’d highly recommend Digital Converters

I first gave a 1 Star review based on packaging for returning the DVD's (mine was sturdier) and because the communication was poor (I had asked them to check if a DVD if it was blank. It had part of an old TV show, they converted it and charged me).
The conversion quality was better than expected for a 30-year old tape, though, and that is what matters.

An excellent service, had well over 10 + tapes & CD'S converted...fantastic quality, fantastic turn around time. Don't hesitate get yours sent today.

I sent 19 old (early 90's) VHS-C tapes to Digital Converters. Their comms are fantastic; I received emails on receipt, when they went for digital conversion and when they were being dispatched back to us.
I opted to simply download the results. We are delighted with the quality of the conversion and have had great fun rewatching our videos.
