Digi print always have the parts i need for my Roland xr640 printer customer service is second to none
Only thing I dont like is having used UPS
Never seen a transport company do thing like they are doing right now my print heads were in Fredericton New Brunswick and I just looked they are in Spokane Washington lol UPS really don't care

Reliable partner for large-format printing supplies

Digiprint Supplies has been a reliable partner for our large-format printing supplies and consumables for over two years now, and we have been very satisfied with our experience.

Communication with their representatives is always quick, clear and straightforward, which makes them very easy and pleasant to work with. Orders are handled reliably, and whenever we have questions, their team is easy to reach and helpful.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience working with Digiprint Supplies and would happily recommend them to others in the printing industry.

Do not order bundles; they randomly exchange to other printer's catridges in the bundle

Do not order bundles - they put the wrong catridges in it!

Throughout 2026 it has happened 6 times which also include emergency orders with higher shipping costs.

No refund, no discount, no possibility to return. Case opened since forever and no replies except go through sales (ask them to contact the support to reply).

The 4 first times it was Cyan (February - April 2026)
The 2 last times it was Magenta (August 2026)

I just want them to acknowledge the problem, fix it and give us the attention, discount and possibility to return or throw away the faulty packaged catridges (though they absolutely work for another kind of printer).
