I have made several calls to digiDirect…

I have made several calls to digiDirect over the past few days as I purchased a camera and I needed accessories. Their customer service is excellent from assisting me with delivery - I purchased my camera and it arrived from Sydney to Brisbane the next day to assisting me with product availability on stock I was interested in purchasing. I have spoken to various customer service agents and every one of them has been professional without any dramas. I have been very impressed and hence I have taken the time to write my thoughts because DigiDirect are worth it. Thankyou

I ordered a Fujifilm XC 16-50mm OIS…

I ordered a Fujifilm XC 16-50mm OIS f/3.5-5.6 lens (No Box version). The order was processed quickly, and shipping was fast, which I appreciated.
However, I was a little disappointed with the packaging. The lens arrived in a cardboard parcel with minimal cushioning and protection. I'm not sure why it wasn't placed in a small box with some bubble wrap for extra protection. Thankfully, the lens arrived without any damage.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the product photos showed a black lens, but the lens I received was silver. It would be great if this was clearly stated in the listing before purchase to avoid any confusion.
Overall, the item arrived safely and the service was fast, but there is definitely room for improvement in the packaging and product description.

absolutely disgraceful experience

absolutely disgraceful experience, This place is a middleman for retailers and wholesalers, they take your money and then keep it for weeks without releasing the items. this is twice this has happened to my orders, and will be reporting them to the ACCC. should not be allowed to operate.

Amazing to see young staff members…

Amazing to see young staff members enthusiastic, helpful and genuinely interested in their job and helping customers. Quite rare in Melbourne these days, to receive such good customer service, so it was shocking in the first instance. Darcy was great.

Solve problem quickly

False advertising on sale price

After looking at phones for months, I ordered a phone online during EOFY sales. The listed sale price was good. The order went through fine, received the invoice. Disregarded other sales and bought a screen protector/case for the phone. After the weekend I received an email saying the price was an error and a refund was made. Error? Sounds like false advertising to me! When I called I was told it was a system error. I will never do business with them again. Now I missed other sales and have to figure out what to do with this case and screen protector for a phone I can no longer afford.

Sigma EF 70 to 200 F2.8

I have been looking for an affordable 70 to 200 f2.8 to use for capturing event photography. I saw the sigma EF lens, and I am really happy with the description the quality of this lens, the warranty to give me piece of mind and how well the lese was and speed of delivery. Will defiantly use Digi direct in the future.
