WORST SERVICE.....If you think digicel…
WORST SERVICE.....If you think digicel service sucks, trying registering online to set up online payment..Digicel has taken frustrating people to a whole new level with this.... UN F-IN BELIEVABLE ...First info you need to enter on the form is your mobile #,,And trust me that is not you actual mobile number,it's not even your moblie number with 868 in front of it,,,Apparently it's some weird foreign 13 digit number that you have to actually call customer service to get..... Then they give you a weird long password, and the note comes up telling you don't worry your device will save the password...After you finish registering then they will send you a code through SMS,If you're lucky to get the code and it verifies you account and you try to log in again it's telling to the password is incorrect. If you keep trying a few times it will completely lock you out of the account cause you made too many fail attempts....And don't bother to get help through that online chat cause that cutting of in the middle of the convo and calling customer service is a complete waste cause if you do get through the calls cutting as soon as you get on to a rep....REAL 3RD WORLD SERVICE WITH DIGICEL...DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

They have been SPAMMING me with marketing rubbish several times a day for 8 months. Despite me asking to be removed from their SPAM lists, begging and even threatening there has been nothing but empty promises.
What gives you the right to SPAM me against my will for 8 months and not even remove me when i have begged you do so for months. I will gladly provide months worth of correspondence with them......every single promise has been empty.
ZERO out of 100 for customer care.

Made an honest mistake during a purchase it has been over 5 years contacted them five years ago no system in place for me to prove my identity. Now that this much time have elapsed i reached out to them regarding this again and I was basically told I would be sent an email when it resolved, Yea I'm sure! I have to know venture out to various locations to send credit to loved ones! unbelievable
Worst telecompany I have ever had
I bought a simcard from digicel on saint martin.
The expedient assured me, that it would work on the dutch side of the island sint maarten and that there would be no roaming. This was however not the case as some companies such as chippie can't call me and there are a higher a price if you call a number on the dutch side.
I tried to contact the customer service of the company. Apparently you can dial 555 on your phone and get through to them. It didn't work on my phone.
Then I tried to contact customer service through the internet. They do however not have an e-mail. I tried to call them using skype, it was however impossible to get through to them.
This morning I tried to recharge my simcard with credit. It was not possible to choose saint martin / sint maarten and when I tried to type in the number it was not possible as the number of digits in the phone number did not fit in their recharge system on the internet.
Now I have a simcard without credit which I have only been able to use for 5 euros and can then throw away.
Crap company!!! Do not ever use them
