Terrible experiance!
Terrible experiance! Customer service directs to another comapny who obviously makes wrist watch machine for them ignoring the fact that the seller,Diesel, is responsible regardless of manufacturer warranties and that Diesel handles this complaint directly and provides a solution in accordance with the law (repair, replacement, or refund). They ignore my emails for days! Run away from them!
Poor quality
Unfortunately over the years the quality of diesel products has substantially gone down hill. I have always purchased diesel jeans over the years however you are lucky if you get a year out of jeans and substantially less out of other clothing. The jeans wear through creating holes in a very short time and seams come away on shorts. When a pair of jeans can be more than 150 pounds you would expect much more. Unfortunately this has pushed me now to going to another brand.

One star only because I can’t give less. I was effectively robbed of €223 by this company.
I received a completely wrong order: two shoes for the same foot and a different (cheaper) watch than the one I paid for. I returned everything and was promised a refund, but I only got the money for the shoes—the watch “disappeared.”
Customer service refused to take responsibility, claiming they never received it. As a long-time customer, I’m extremely disappointed. I will never buy from this brand again.
Shocking
I bought a £360 dress in November. The material damaged with the first wear with various threads coming off. I contacted the shop signalling the issue with no success. I contacted customer services and after 4 months of waiting they simply said the material was nit faulty and no apology, substitution or voucher was offered. Absolutely shocking.

Worst customer service ever and I never received my order and was lead in circles over and over trying to get a refund ..
Awful sizing
Sizing of jeans are wildly inconsistent ,ordered jeans exactly same size as pair i already had ,on arrival found to be at least 2 sizes bigger .
Finally found right size after multiple reorders ,ordered two pairs, same size, same model but differentcolour ,when arrived one was miles bigger than other, how is that possible? Terrible experience

I purchased a belt online for my son’s Christmas present. The sizing wasn’t true so I had to return it. After weeks of waiting to hear from them , I was informed the belt was damaged and I couldn’t get a refund. The belt left here in perfect condition in the original box with the tags and label still attached. I am guessing they purposely damaged it so as not give a refund. I will never purchase from diesel again.
Long-time customer — confirmed decline in Larkee production quality
I was a loyal Diesel customer for over 15 years and owned several pairs of Larkee jeans manufactured in Italy and Morocco. Those pairs were exceptionally well constructed and justified their premium price.
My recent purchase of Larkee jeans from Diesel’s current production was noticeably inferior in construction quality, including looser stitching, lower-grade finishing, and reduced material quality.
After escalating the issue and providing detailed comparisons, Diesel Client Service Management confirmed that their current seasonal inventory no longer includes Larkee jeans produced in Italy or Morocco.
I appreciate their professionalism in responding, but this clarified that the product I had trusted for many years no longer exists in the same form.
Customers familiar with Diesel’s earlier production standards should be aware of this change when making purchasing decisions.
Overnight shipping - haven't even shipped for 3 days
On February 9, I placed an online order and paid an additional $30 for EXPRESS SHIPPING. The website indicated the expected delivery on the 10th. Today Is 12 of February - they didn't even ship it. Contacted their customer service multiple times - they do nothing, they just say I understand your frustration, wait another 24 hours and you will receive tracking information.
I called them as well - they do NOTHING!
I'm double frustrated because it's a gift that I needed on time.
It's so awful that the designs and clothing quality are great, but these logistics guys failing the company's reputation.
Unbearable

I got very bad experience (shop near Oxford circus). My daughter bought very expensive shoes and the quality was very bad. Next working day from purchase we went to shop to explain them the issue but the manager started screaming straight away. The worst customer service we have ever had
Fraud company Diesel and courier DPD
I ordered a Jeans on their website on 1.12.2025, size 33 came. I returned it and asked for size 32. The first time it took 15 days for the jeans to come. The replacement jeans, according to their communication, was despatched thru DPD on 29.12.2025. as on today 31.01.2026, the Jeans is stuck in the Vuirschot depot. They falsely claimed that they atempted delivery on 05.01. false claim. I have exchanged 35 emails with customer support demanding refund. They say till the Jeans comes back to their warehouse in Italy, they cannot refund. Standard reply everytime that DPD is investigating.
Worst customer experience
Worst customer experience. Won't return new jeans. Tags were taken off since it was a gift . Same brand, sizes don't match. Kept tags and have receipt.
£350 for a pair of jeans
£350 for a pair of jeans. I have been purchasing diesel since the late 90’s. The arse just blew out of a pair I have had for less than a year. Quality has slowly been declining unlike the price. Adios Diesel, I see another bankruptcy on the horizon due to overpriced poor quality products.
Delivery not recieved and not support
If I could I would rate zero. I have made an order and receive confirmation it was shipped and should have been delivered on Dec 4rd. Until now, I have no news about the order neither from customer service nor from DPD.
Unaceptable to pay hundreds of euros for a gift to my daughter and not knowing where and if I'll receive it.

Terrible experience with very poor customer service.
I returned an item of clothing using their return label, 3 weeks later the parcel was returned to me saying duty not paid! I contacted them and they sent another label. I tracked the return through DHL and proved to Diesel that DHL had my parcel but did not receive any refund as it had not been returned to Diesel. Now 2 months on I still do not have my refund and they are not replying to my emails! I will never use them again.
I’ll never buy another product from…
I’ll never buy another product from diesel again. Bought there’s clothes for years. Placed an order online rather than on store. A week to arrive then the courier kept saying I wasn’t in house. Told diesel to just cancel the order. Now been told I’ve to wait 3-6 weeks for a refund as I’ve to wait till it gets back to Italy even though dhl have already processed the return to shipper and I’ve never received the item. 8 weeks for no jeans and no refund. Craziness.
Extremely disappointing customer service and wasted time
I bought a Diesel belt in Dubai that broke after just a few days of normal use. What followed was weeks of emails and redirections between Diesel Italy, Dubai, and Germany — each one telling me to contact someone else. Despite sending every proof (photos, receipts, payment details), no one took responsibility or offered any real help.
I wasn’t even asking for a refund, only a simple repair or replacement part. Instead, I lost time writing to four different customer service teams, all avoiding the issue. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. The product defect was minor — the customer service failure was major.
I gave two stars to distinguish myself from the mass (and majority) of one-star reviews...
Fake
Fake! I bought a Diesel handbag at a sample sale at Diesel in Bicester Village last year for £100. They do not provide receipts for sample sales as items are not returnable. Recently I decided to sell the bag on Vinted as I don’t use it much. The item was sent for authentication prior to it being sent on to the buyer, and it has been returned as fake. Having contacted Diesel customer service they have said without proof of purchase they are unable to help. So now I have paid £100 for a bag that is either a fake being sold as genuine, or such a poor product that an expert authentication service cannot believe it is real. Also my seller’s reputation on Vinted is discredited as it appears I am trying to mislead potential purchasers by passing off fake goods as genuine. If Diesel consider the amount of footfall to their Bicester Village store of shoppers from abroad who buy here because it guarantees these are the genuine articles they should be looking to make amends with this aggrieved customer.
Unofficial Diesel stores in Ireland
Bought a jumper among other items online on diesel.ie. After wearing a couple of times, the stiches under the arm pit, got open. Went to the Swords Diesel store and was treated like a criminal, as apparently I was begging for my rights (EU Consumer rights act 2022; The item was sent to the "Head Office" for my "case" to be reviewed. Over a week after, I had to call the store again, to be dealt with someone (refused to identify herself), who told me that there is no warranty on clothing!!?? and my jumper is no where to be seen. I contacted Diesel.com and I was told that they only have one official store in Ireland (Kildare) and all the others are of a different brand !!?? and they don't answer for these "cowboy stores". I was also told that this is not the first time they received complaints from Ireland, but they can only honour items purchased on official stores, which is not the case of all "Diesel" stores in Ireland, apart from the official one in Kildare. Be aware of these "official products from these stores and online purchases at diesel.ie.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. A pair of sandals that was bought at their store in Rome has left me with permanent scarring. They are refusing to take accountablity and keep stating that it is not considered a quality issue but won’t explain why the issue has occurred. I’ve reported to the the AGCM and ECC Italy.
