Good people and a good selection
The people of the Dierapotheker have helped me out a lot during a hard time with my cat who became ill and gotten a very sensitive stomach.
Luckily they had some good choices of food for allergies which seemed to really help my cat.
She only got wet food as kibble also upset her stomach and when there was worry of the cans arriving in time
they would always help me and made sure that it would be send fast.
And if I needed any info for other things they would do their best to help me out.
And even after my cat passed they were so kind and sending the sweetest messages.

poroduce was sent fast but postnl…
poroduce was sent fast but postnl didn't deliver the package .so i had to go to print adn sign a dopcument and than scan it. i didn't do it because i ve a life and i don't need to spend time on that. shampoo was 16 so that fine. but the fact thzey use postnl that can deliver package in front of the door of a building is just not ok so i won't use Dierapotheker.nl if they don't allow bpost or dops or mondial relay. i ve inof of spending hours in complain with postnl

Thank you very much for your review. Reporting the complaint and starting an investigation all goes through us as customer service however, when a package is not received, the customer is expected to fill out a non-receipt clearance. After all, we are allowed to set our terms.

they are really fast delivering, the only think I'd suggest it's about the amount that you gave to us as opportunity to buy the wet food for Purina Hypoallergenic, I'd like to buy ONE can and not 12.
