I purchased a washing machine from DID online. Alec and Johnny came today to deliver and install my new washing machine. The two men installed the washing machine and took away my old for me. I went in to the Tallaght Branch today to buy a Samsung Tablet, I was greeted warmly by Ahmad who dealt with us as soon as we arrived. We asked did they have the tablet in stock and he got the tablet within seconds. He offered us a great deal on a gel screen protector but we kindly declined as we have a case and protector already. Fast and efficient service. Thanks Ahmad!

Following my previous complaint detailing the numerous issues I experienced with my order, I am extremely disappointed that I am still having to chase the €100 voucher that your company agreed to provide.
After everything that occurred with my order from missed deliveries, receiving damaged ex-display appliances, repeated delivery failures, poor communication, and the constant need for me to follow up I would have expected this matter to have been resolved promptly. Instead, I have once again been met with silence.
The lack of communication throughout this entire experience has been unacceptable. Having spent thousands of euro furnishing my new home, I expected a level of customer service that reflected the value of my purchase. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
At this stage, I am not asking for anything beyond what was promised to me. I simply expect your company to honour its commitment and issue the outstanding €100 voucher without any further delays.
I would appreciate a response confirming when the voucher will be issued. I should not have to continue chasing your company over a matter that should have been resolved weeks ago.
