Olli in Limerick store was so helpful. 5 star service. Helped me with measurements of fridge freezer even produced a measuring tape! Checked stock and advised of earliest delivery date. Answered my many questions with ease. Fast efficient and got my fridge freezer cheaper than nearby competitors.

Ollie and the team were very helpful and knowledgable. Staff were friendly and I was served quickly.
Item I purchased was good value. Will not hesitate to shop at d.i.d in future.

Ordered a fridge, agreed deliver a week in advance, took the day off, drove 104 miles to be there, rang early in morning, yes it's out for delivery, rang mid afternoon, sorry the driver delayed not coming today. Made no effort to inform me, a phone call in the morning woukd have gone some way...but nothing...ignorant beyond belief, stuff happens, a call and apology but have been nice, but to leave people hanging unnecessarily .... Won't buy a plug from this outfit again ...Avoid avoid avoid

Purchased a washing machine which I was looking at online but wanted to visually see. All the staff are lovely there but Conor was exceptionally helpful and no questions that I had phased him and he also honored the deal I was getting online which was even better.
