There was a good range of products that I was looking for and DID was the most competitive in price. Really good customer service from Jack, he even carried it to the car for me!!

I wasn't informed that the product was reserved at my chosen depot.
I had to call customer service 48 hours after I ordered click and collect . The customer service agent then sent me the email to go pick the item up.
After I arrived at the depot I was told that it wasn't on the system and he would checke it out.
Eventually, it was sorted. Not a good experience.

Buying for my first home, went to your Tallaght store yesterday and bought a slow cooker. The shop and staff are lovely. Rima looked after me on the day. The slow cooker was really good value. Enjoying this special time shopping for a forever home.

I recently purchased a samsung watch in DID in Briarhill Galway. There were a few hicups along the way as it had to be ordered to the store and it got delayed and the store price dropped in the middle of all this. But, i have to say, it was the staff that made the whole process a pleasure. I dealt with 4 different staff members and they were all so accommodating and friendly and i was very generously compensated for all issues, without even asking! During the process, because the staff were so good, i brought my mam in and she bought a watch too!

Thomas the sales lad was very helpful and understanding and he did his best to listen and help us we just bought a hoover fridge freezer and price was good
