I visited DID store in Mullingar to purchase a new fridge recently. Michelle was so helpful and answered my questions easily. My questions were around size and functionality of the fridge, as well as guarantee terms. Michelle was friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. She took my order and arranged delivery at a time that suited me. The delivery was then made promptly and efficiently as I expected from DID. I received a text informing me of the three hour delivery window and a subsequent call when they were 40 minutes from my home. Delivery was smooth and all staff were professional at all times. I now have a great new Hoover brand fridge freezer for less than €500 inclusive of delivery charge. I am delighted with my purchase. The driver took my old fridge for recycling also. I am buying a new washing machine soon and will definitely purchase from DID Mullingar store. Great customer service, dependable, and good value for money. I highly recommend.

Update, I received delivery of my washing machine today, and the delivery man ,Martin was so kind ,professional. He installed washing machine quickly and perfectly, making sure everything was working properly before he left.

Went in yesterday & chatted to Marcus and another lovely gentleman (didn’t get his name). Told them what I wanted & they advised & guided. But we’re not pushy. Told them I’d think about it overnight, which they were totally fine with, and that I’d do my own research & be back. Went back in today with my own research done. Spoke again to Marcus and another lovely female staff member & made my purchase. They were so helpful and nice. I would definitely trust them. And definitely go back. Top rated service. Great store.

The staff that helped me today was called Caitlin in Tallaght she was very friendly and helped me when I was was trying to purchase a refrigerator.
Unfortunately the physical item was not in store so she gave me directions on where to pick up the appliance.
Overall a very good service as I have been a loyal customer for years!

Ordered online, Waited for a response, nothing. Rang 3 times call disconnected after three rings with automated message to call back. Emailed and finally confirmed, the item was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. Offered refund within 3-4 days, no apology, no offer of a voucher, discount off next purchase……. I suggested they should. Didn’t get a response.
