I had an outstanding experience at DID Electrical, thanks to Elaine. From the moment I walked into the store, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
I was looking for a specific fridge freezer that wasn't available in the store, and instead of simply suggesting an alternative, Elaine went above and beyond to track down the exact model I wanted. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, checked availability, and made sure I got the fridge freezer that best suited my needs.
Her product knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the whole process completely stress-free. It's rare to receive customer service of this standard these days, and Elaine is a real credit to DID Electrical. She made me feel like a valued customer every step of the way.
