Helpful staff

Wanted to make a purchase and needed some advice about record players and cameras..shop was very busy at the time and Geoff was so helpful and great advice. He didn't rush me when asking questions

Highly recommend the Tullamore Team

I went in a few weeks ago to get a new hoover and Mandy was super helpful. Took the time to talk through the options and made some recommendations AWAY from expensive models because cheaper ones had the features I needed. Not my first positive experience in the store and highly recommend the team in DID Tullamore.

Team member Caitlin in Tallaght DID

Team member Caitlin in Tallaght DID Electrical store was a great help. We have a small baby and had been looking all over Dublin for any sort of fans and she was able to assist us in click and collecting 2 fans from DID Electrical Fonthill store. Her customer service was excellent.

Highly recommend

From ordering the product to contact from DID regarding the delivery through to the lovely delivery man Gar, it was an easy & straightforward process. Gar arrived during the assigned time & was so friendly, he installed my new appliance, took the old away & then ran a wash to make sure it was working fully. I really appreciated the time & advice he gave me & it would make me use DID again

Super long dispatch time and long delivery !

It takes 8 days to dispack and ship the item after checkout. Delivery also more than 3 days even is domestic transfer. Just worst service I have ever had. Even you pay for delivery what ever you basket cost. Most of shops has free delivery after 100-200-300 what ever basket total is, even you oay you dint get yiur item for a week.
