Very good prices, could do much more though.

The good: Price. Hands down very competitive pricing compared to the other main hobby retailers in Australia. Also good is the time it takes to ship stuff, thankfully I have never had an issue. Though that also means I can't comment on their customer service as I have never needed to use it.
The not so good: Their whole marketing and communication. As an example, with most other hobby shops when I order something, you get a... thank you for your order message. Also from time to time I get... here have 10% off whatever whatever. Like companies try to engage you. With these guys however, radio silence.
