Great.
Diba solved the loan situation in 1 day, compared to NyKredit who dragged the process for more than a month, then went on the Easter vacation during the talk about the loan without informing us.
Great service, very little paperwork, and things get sorted out quickly. The only minus that I could point out (just for the sake of it):
A bit more enthusiasm could be added to the explanations of the contract that is being sent. I got the vibe that I was looked at as a "suspicious customer who thinks Diba is a thief" while in reality, I only wanted to understand fully what I am signing.
Either way, I would choose the bank again just for the smoothness of the process.
