I purchased a defective car seat. I have waited over a month for my "refund check" to arrive. Their customer service team are rude, as well as, inept. Every day I call I am told I will be contacted within 24hrs with a response. I will never purchase from this site again. Buyers Beware !

Everything is fine with diapers.com, but I found out the same diapers on amazon much cheaper that makes me regret.. please watch out for pricing of the items

You can usually get for cheaper in Target or Amazon for most of the items

I had a TERRIBLE experience with diapers.com. I received diapers from my baby shower that were to small for my child so they said the only way to change the size is if I returned the diapers and they would credit an account. Fast forward to present day when I tried to place an actual order with this company (2 boxes of diapers and 3 boxes of wipes) and they told me I wasn't eligible for a promotion because I wasn't a first time customer. The only reason I wasn't considered a first time customer was because of their company policy. The associate that I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending, so bad to the point I told her to just cancel my order. I will never shop there again and will post on every site that i can how terrible and unwilling their customer service is. Maybe I got a bad apple but she was so unwilling to help, they're advertising a similar promo on their website and instead of trying to appease me with that when I requested for my order to be cancelled, she just replied that the charge is pending and my order was cancelled. Never again.

What a great website. It's so good to get my diapers in just a couple of days. And no more buying them in the store. Thank you.

I had 3 diapers from here....they worked adorable with my baby...absolutely love them!

I placed the order Friday. I needed them Sat. so I even called before I ordered to make sure they would deliver by Sat. The representative said they would be delivered by Sat. I called again Sat. 3p, I have not received them yet. Representative tells me Fedex will deliver by 9p. 9p, still no diapers. I call and representative tells me there is a hold on the order because of an issue with billing address. What??? You couldn't have told me that earlier? My 7 month old has no diapers left. They tell me they can deliver by Monday?! Yeah, I'll just tell my 7 month hold it until Monday. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

i purchased two products on sunday night and got them on monday! Now I read that they ship in over 50 countries. And even though I thik they cannot deliver THAT quickly worldwide, I still think they offer a great variety and excellent service. Highly recommended!

i am doing my shopping online, the product vraity is good the prices are a bit more than the regular shops

We no longer live in the US, but when we're there, we've been stocking up on what we need from diapers.com. Love the free 2-day delivery, and they generally have everything we need. Occasionally you can find cheaper prices on a few items somewhere else if there are sales going on, but I don't think its worth the hassle to shop around and order from multiple sites when I can just go to diapers.com.

I tried buying formula and diapers on diapers.com but when I reviewed other sites like drugstore.com, they had much better pricing. Sorry diapers.com...
