Scam company DO NOT USE THEM. I paid £5 credit through PayPal. As shows in their website I should get a pin number, which I never got. Sent four emails complaining about it no reply. Ask for refund no reply. Now I have to go through paypal to get the refund. what a waste of my time. How can these scam people still doing their business and stealing money from people and get away! what a nasty world!

If you pay this company, you will lose your money! They are thieves.

Total scam, do not go anywhere near this bogus company

Paid for the service but the number does not work. I submitted a ticket to their service team which remains unanswered 6 days later, despite sending 2 requests for an update. Terrible experience and would not recommend using this company, unless you are interested in donating cash.

This company is a SCAM.

I have made a bank transfer for £5 a few days ago, but unfortunately, I have not received the code/reference so that I can make the calls!!

I have been with this company since 2017. The service was good until I hit a problem a few weeks ago
. Their phone line won't accept calls. My 2 emails in the last 10 days were acknowledge and given a ticket number but I haven't as yet been offered a solution to my problem
What a pity it has come to this after the years I was so happy to be a customer!

This company is probably a scam.
My calls abroad using their service have all been cut-off as soon as they are answered.
No reply to customer service phone and no response via the online submission which they claim is the best way to contact them.

PS For anyone trying to get a refund - if you paid via PayPal you can issue a complaint via PayPal.

I'm not even sure this company exist. Every time you try to make a call the number doesn't even work. Do not buy this card! It will be a waste of time and money. I contacted their customer service but they never got back to me.

Topped up with £10, but they didn't credit my phone. Thieves! Let's band together and sue them! They seem to owe everyone money!

Had used their service for a year or so and was quite happy! Dialled their number today and was asked for my pin code again ( it had automatically been stored previously). Went online to check my account and saw that my balance was zero despite having had over €10 a few days ago and hadn't used it since!

Paid £5.00 by debit card. Expected to recive a PIN within 2 hours. When nothing received I went on line to contact them but they requested my PIN number.
I have made a claim back through my bank after three days of wasted e mails.

I even left a message but never received any responses even after a couple of follow up emails. I tried topping up again this time with only £5 just to see if it'll work this time but again my account never got credited.

In December 2021, I paid dial abroad to get phone credit but despite the fact that they took the money but dial abroad never updated my phone credit and I wasn’t able to call oversees.
I made several enquiries to their customer services but no response or explanation so far.
Dial Abroad is not a credible business and I won’t recommend them.

..If you are looking for a serious company.. this is not the one..IT IS A SCAM! I’ve received an email with the confirmation payment for 5€ but a pin never ever been received. STAY AWAY! As well not even a reply to my refund or pin emails, except of the system generated one!

Used DialAbroad for quite some time without any major problems. Had over eleven pounds in credit but when I try to make a call I hear the message "this card has expired." I never used a card. My online account now shows zero credit. Get an automated answer when I telephone. No response to two messages on their online contact form, even though it's stated that my request is Open and has been assigned to someone.

I have used Dialabroad since 2015 and have found the service to be excellent with no hitches. I think the credit is good for close to 6 months then any remaining disappears unless topped up.

I have used "DialAbroad" for several years and they were very good. However recently I recharged my phone with credit (5Euros) and then couldn't make a call. I phoned them to no avail so I left a message. They acknowledged the message as having been received and that they would take action. A week later I had heard nothing so sent them another message to their customer services. They again acknowledged receiving the message but again I have heard nothing from them. Avoid this company. Edit 25 Nov 2021: Having totally ignored me I received an email from Dialabroad about a week ago, telling me my credit was about to expire and to top up. I sent them an email again saying I haven't been able to use their service and that they have totally ignored all my emails. They acknowledged receipt of this email but again absolutely nothing from them. Avoid this firm at all costs.

Wish I’d read this before I subscribed. BE AWARE. THIS IS A SCAM.
