AVOID DHL AT ALL COSTS
The worst experience in Germany has been dealing with the less than acceptable service offered by DHL I was supposed to get my package on the 6th and it appeared on route at 7am , 8 am I get a notification that my package was damaged and it needs to be repacked, their chatbot is useless , today through the seller they have marked my package as lost! I believe they stole it, this is just one of the many bad experiences, including being called a racial slur at one of their filiales AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Ridiculous mockery in the name of service. The scanner (which is the main thing of a packstation) is totally blank and kaput, but nobody knows it! And they can’t even come to fix it cause it is Friday!!! I mean seriously?
The reason why people choose the packstation delivery mode is- they can withdraw the parcel whenever they want, right? And I need to wait for friday+Sat+Sunday + some hours of Monday (hopefully) just to get my parcel “mechanically”????
If you don’t have the infrastructure to maintain digitalised systems, then just don’t go for it.
And if you still want, then make sure you fix the machines promptly. Otherwise no point of having pack stations.

Chatbot speaks only German; impossible to speak with an operator; online tracking provides poor, if not useless, details; impossible to get updates on delivery, even if it says "delivered". Embarassing.

I ordered something on Friday. 1-2 business days Max 3 they said. Saturday it already started moving and since Monday the parcel is at a warehouse 20 minutes drive from my place. The most lazy delivery service
They are the most lazy delivery service I’ve ever experienced, every single time an order is delivered by them there’s an issue and half of the time they can’t even be asked to deliver it. If you can’t provide an adequate service then don’t idk why anyone would still use DHL as a courier they are absolutely rubbish.
They Will Not Bother To Even Try
Twice i had a package this week, twice this week they did not ring the doorbell. Tracker said the truck was outside on my street. Absolutely unacceptable and garbage delivery system. Please avoid yourself the trouble and never use DHL as delivery for good if possible.
Abysmal Service - Avoid!
Delivered part of an order on 22 Nov. Remaining order apparently on a van - promised Monday, then Tuesday then Wednesday (26th). It's now 5.45 pm and there's no sign of it.
Another order (placed same date) has apparently been lost in the warehouse. They've no idea where it is.
I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

The worst of all , they send me a pickup notification , I went to the branch and the package wasn’t there , I went today as well it is still not there and probably won’t be there tomorrow! So yes they’re the worst.
DHL is good just only for Temu deliveries. Stay away for value items.
I dropped off an insured DHL parcel at DHL partner Cigars and Liquor Shop, who are collecting packages on behalf of DHL. According to the tracking information, the parcel has been stuck in "Drop-off at branch" status for 2 months without any further processing.
When I inquired in person, the staff were unable to provide any information and were completely unhelpful.
Overall, the process is unreliable, and the customer service is inadequate. DHL never attempt to compensate my losses, referring to their Terms and conditions which are ridiculous. An insured package should have a lower as the insured value, even if is used, damaged, old or whatever was inside. It is always a reason not to pay the customers.
