Just bad. very long delivery and broken products. No refund. Bad support.

This company is Hit or Miss. My recent order of a small crossbody bag was a scam, the picture did not match the product at all. By the way, if you don't do a review by a certain time after receiving your purchase they automatically generate a five-star review in your name. Buyer beware

I purchased a watch for $70. The watch that was sent was not functional. I reached out to DHgate and provided evidence and they did nothing. Be very careful with doing business with this website.

Absolutely not, I placed an order (£19), the product arrived but it doesn't match the description (very poor quality, very stiff material, it doesn't fit like in the pictures) and the size doesn't fit either, I selected that I wanted a refund and return and they said that they couldn't give me a refund or a return because the shipping was expensive and that I should apply for a £2 refund 😱 which I don't think is normal, it's my right to want my money back, it's not my problem, their logistics.

DHGate is a SCAM! They protect their sellers not their buyers. Two of their sellers shipped me the wrong products. I provided photos showing this and requested a replacement or refund. DHGate claims I didn't provide evidence and would not help me in any way. They released my money to the sellers despite me not getting the products I paid for.

I got my order and I'm very happy with them there perfect they look so real it's amazing ty so much burstsole I will give a great review and I want more i hope my next one are perfect just like the one I just got ty so much there amazing

The response cannot be followed. I told you they are conmen. This is full of conmen. They say your product is guaranteed but it's not. You get the seller scamming you then AI chat that goes on circles..you won't get a refund and you won't be happy with your goods. Avoid

Scam ! I order sun glasses and never arrived ! Can’t cintact seller , and all dispute which I tried to do is suspended! Please satay away from this company and you lose money

I ordered a specific item, and I was sent something completely different. Absolutely no explanation as to why it was something different. I cannot seem to find an answer or help on their website when it comes to returning and refunds. I am beyond frustrated. I would not recommend ordering from them.

After writing this review they gave me guidelines (see below). I followed the instructions, only to get to the 'online services' option, taking me to 'online chat'. Obviously a robot. What companies don't realise, is that by having AI on live chat just adds to customers frustration. The process for asking for advice, or a refund is so complicated. I am beyond irritated.

I bought jackets with goose down, jacket cane without goose down no way to contact the supplier.

I ordered many jackets and track suite after 3 months order got cancelled and no refund.

I bought polo shirts they came with shit material so i had to donate them at thrift store.
Buying at this store is wastage of money i tried few times never got something 1st or 2nd copy.

There seems to be no customer care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Total scammers in site and zero support. Dont use

Ordered an adult football shirt in March. Received a child’s rag dress 25th May.

They then asked me to send a video of me opening the package to prove that’s what I received…who does that?

Before I knew what DHGATE was, I was looking for guitars and I found a seller on this site is called "𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙧_𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧_𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧" that had what I was looking for (Jake E. I stopped communication with the seller once I opened a dispute with my bank and got a full credit for the guitar I bought that never existed- ＺＥＲＯ ＳＴＡＲＳ

UPDATE: AS YOU CAN SEE, DHGATE RESPONDED, SAYING, CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE - SUPRISE!!! THEY'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EVEN EXIST!! ALONG WITH THEY'RE B.S. BUYER PROTECTION CRAP - ALL IN ALL THEY REMIND ME OF THE ILLEGAL ALIN TRASH IN AMERICA STEALING OUR MAIL, DEFRAUDING OUR GOVERNMENT, ETC.

I purchased a pair of shoes from DH gate and the sizing is incredibly off. I wear a size 44 European. I ordered a size 45 to be sure and they are about two sizes too small. I’ve asked for a refund and the company is refusing to do so. I have told them I’m happy to return the item but they are still not agreeing to the return unless I pay postage. Total joke. I have been missold somthing and now I need to pay haha they also said if it gets lost on the way that’s my problem and they won’t refund me. I have raised a complaint with my bank. It’s a scam.

Very disappointed with my experience with DHgate and especially the dispute handling by “Ivy” from the Resolution Center.

I ordered 8 watches and paid around $4,200 in total because the seller advertised them as high-quality products. What I received was completely different: poor quality watches, defects, damage, and products that looked nothing like what was promised in the listings.

I provided extensive photo and video evidence showing the quality issues and explained multiple times that the watches were not worth anywhere near the amount paid. Based on the actual quality received, I stated they were worth maybe around $120 each at most.

Instead of properly protecting the buyer, DHgate continued to side with the seller. I was then pressured to return imitation products internationally while taking customs and seizure risks myself. Even worse, I was instructed to declare the package at only $20, which puts all legal and financial risk on the buyer.

I clearly explained that I would not accept responsibility if the package was lost, seized, delayed, or refused during shipping. I also requested a prepaid return label and proper protection as a customer, but these concerns were largely ignored.

As a regular DHgate customer, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. The dispute process felt unfair, stressful, and heavily biased toward the seller despite clear evidence.

Buyers should be extremely careful when purchasing expensive items through DHgate because if something goes wrong, you may not receive the protection you expect.

I ordered from this company called queen, shoebox through your company and not only did my daughter receive the wrong dress. She also received the wrong size. I have reached out to the company itself as you recommended, and they are not returning my messages. My daughter‘s prom is in a week and a half.
