experience shocking bought watch ⌚️ didnt work but no refund wanted video which sent pictures as no way could i send a video showing watch just stops after 1-2-3 hours but no help at all so fine will never 👎 buy items again all wanted was a watch that works bought over 30+ items but will never use again not a moaning customer or a person that lies or wants refund for something that works gives good customers a bad taste and the sellers that know item
is faulty all the power as no one going to send item back to china 🇨🇳 at your own cost recorded .as i say no more when cant pay with paypal and no help from DH GATE…

My order (318966161797) never arrived, and the seller provided a completely fake signature. I provided the official non-delivery complaint from the logistics carrier (Sengi Express). Despite the clear evidence of fraud, DHgate's "analyst" automatically closed my dispute because the order was under $50. The customer service agents (Leaneth and Kent) then told me the ONLY way to get my money back was to beg the fraudulent seller to write an agreement statement. The seller explicitly replied "NO", yet DHgate refuses to step in, stating their "hands are tied". This means their Buyer Protection policy is a complete lie. If a seller commits fraud, DHgate will just give them your money and close the chat in your face. Absolutely disgraceful
UPDATE: DHgate replied to this review telling me to go back to the Live Chat. This is an absolute joke. I just came from the Live Chat, where your agents (Kent and Leaneth) told me my dispute is closed and they refuse to help me unless the scammer agrees to refund me! Stop redirecting me in circles to your useless bots. Step up, honor your Buyer Protection, and have a real Higher Management supervisor review order 318966161797 manually.
UPDATE 2: I went back to Live Chat as instructed by DHgate's Trustpilot reply. It was a joke. The agent ("Kent") refused to transfer me to a manager, refused to help, and literally CLOSED THE CHAT IN MY FACE. Furthermore, DHgate has intentionally deactivated both their support and resolution email addresses to block customers from escalating fraud. They are purposely trapping buyers with bots and useless agents to protect scammers. Disgraceful.

Account restricted due to my bank card being cancelled by bank due to fraud activity. Told to open new account, replicated my order then that account restricted too. Now the order I paid for and waiting to be shipped I am unable to see status. Don’t know whether the shipment is coming or refunding. Sent proof via email to DHgate who say they can’t see order as doesn’t exist!! I sent copies of payment order number etc . Now they will not respond to emails , £138.62 I’m unable to retrieve back.
What a shambles . Loyal customer for 5 years without issues , now treated so badly …
I’ll wait for the AI response from DHgate asking me to contact them in the app etc as per all other reviews, even though I can’t access my accounts to do this! Just tell me how to get proper help , please !

The site is a mess, and staff are not helpful. I was disconnected twice from live chat agents even though I said the issue was not resolved. Also had to raise a dispute about items received. They allow a "mediation" with a timer and do not notify you of this, and when you eventually try to use it the page it will not let you proceed. I had to give into the seller demands and ended up losing money. So do not expect any assistance from the platform at all. There is at least 10 different inbox's for your messages which is very confusing and orders you paid for randomly disappear making it impossible to see, and I did check all the other tabs for the stages of the order and even as of this moment my orders is missing from there site.

Some items are good but alot of the products can be bad quality if you are looking to be replica clothing or normal stuff. Sports clothings like football shirts, american football shirts and basketball shirts can be very good quality but stuff like designer ckothing like balenciaga, gucci, lv and more can be badly done and bad quality. The website layout isnt really the best and can be very glitchy like it can sign you out for no reason. Returns are a massive hassle so you really need to make sure you are buying a good product from a trusted seller. Shipping takes around 7-25 days but the shipping can be overpriced as well. Overall, i would say dhgate isnt really the best place to buy stuff but it isnt bad if you are buying from the right sellers and products.

BEWARE DHGATE IS A SCAM SITE. THEY SEND THE BUYER THE WRONG ITEMS ON PURPOSE AND THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER THEYMUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING TO RECEIVE A REFUND BUT NEVER GET A REFUND. I purchased 3 pairs of sunglasse when i received them, they were all theong color. I messaged the seller andthe seler said the colors ordeed are out of stock so hey set me what they had . I asked to return them for a refund since its not at i ordeed. The seller tried to convince to drop the dispute but i didnt and dhate is telling me i have to pay te return shipping. I cant gey any help with dhgate. They just allow bait and switch.

I have cancelled the order the day after and it wasn't even shipped and although we are all entitled to 14 days cooling off period they refused and ignored my request. Absolutely shocking. Customer service is inexistent.

I received a faulty item, and instead of resolving the issue properly, the seller repeatedly tried to persuade me to accept a small partial refund rather than refunding the full purchase price. During our conversations, the seller gradually increased the amount offered, but it still fell well short of a full refund. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether, leaving me with no option but to open an official dispute through DHgate.

As soon as the dispute was opened, the seller completely changed their position and rejected the refund entirely, despite their earlier offers. DHgate’s resolution was equally disappointing, as I received only a partial refund. I had to recover the remaining amount through my bank in order to receive the full refund I was entitled to.

The entire experience was deeply disappointing and, in my view, dishonest. I would advise anyone considering purchasing through this platform to exercise extreme caution. Only buy if you are prepared to risk losing your money.

THE WORST _ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Absolutely awful delivery dates -date given at time of order absolute rubbish add about 4 weeks on top!! Then when the order arrived threes after the event you ordered for so no longer need you cannot return and refund!! Each page you go on to do this, works its way through an obstacle course that makes returning and refund absolutely impossible! Don’t bother trying to online chat, or calling customer service it’s all just for show on the website but you can’t get anywhere!! If you order from here be prepared to loose money with non satisfactory delivery times or product as once you buy your stuck with the product and clearly they do not allow you to rerun!!!

I am disappointed with my experience using DHgate. While the platform offers a wide selection of products at attractive prices, the customer service and dispute process were extremely frustrating.
The seller repeatedly promised to resolve my issue but failed to follow through. When I opened a dispute, I expected DHgate to step in and protect the buyer. Instead, I felt the dispute center did not adequately review the situation or hold the seller accountable for the commitments they made.
Buying online requires trust between buyers, sellers, and the marketplace. In my experience, that trust was lacking. The seller was able to make promises without being held accountable, and the dispute system did not provide the level of buyer protection I expected.
The entire process took far longer than it should have, required unnecessary back-and-forth communication, and ultimately left me feeling unsupported as a customer.

Overall, I would be very cautious about ordering through DHgate, especially when purchasing expensive items. My experience with both the seller and DHgate’s dispute center was disappointing, and I expected much better from such a large marketplace. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Awful customer service. I ordered 1000 flags at an air shipped price and order was shipped by sea and took 2 months. No remedy. Many customer service issues. Not honorable company.
