A very positive experience with DFS
We recently purchased a sofa from DFS and were very happy with the service we received. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
What we particularly appreciated was that there was no pressure or constant questioning while we were looking around. They gave us the space to make our own decision, but were there when we needed advice or had questions. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly, and the advice we received was genuinely helpful.
It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable rather than feeling like we were being pushed into a purchase.
Overall, a great experience with DFS and we would happily recommend them to others.

Louise was very helpful
Louise was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed and she went over and above to answer all my questions. I was however a bit disappointed to find that although the sofas had an express delivery of 7 days on it. It only applied to the 3 and 4 seater. I wanted a 2 seater version so have to wait longer

The staff at Westwood Cross was so helpful and informative.The furniture that we have chosen is very nice and hope it will be more comfortable for my husband it is the Navara 3 seater and the lift and rise armchair.We have had the Sophia 3 seater and cuddle seat for less then 4 years and it is still in great condition but too soft for people of a certain age.My only disapointment is the price of the delivery charge I think the price with the add on care package is over £3200.00 and to pay £129.00 for delivery now as opposed to £69.00 4 years ago is too much
