Mike was very friendly and highly knowledgable about the sofas. He didn’t follow us round leaving us to discuss options, but arrived at the perfect opportunity to see if we had any questions. Knowledgable adviser, helpful and gave good customer experience

We visited DFS store in Warrington to shop for new sofas. We were greeted nicely and was advised where the recliners were situated. We were left to browse at our leisure. Dan was on hand to answer our questions. We eventually decided which ones to order and Dan was very informative and explained the benefits to us without being too pushy.

Dan was really helpful and explained the process to us as we are moving house, he made purchasing our new sofa pleasurable.

We knew what we were looking for but not sure where to find it. Ended up in DFS Warrington and the staff were so helpful. They welcomed us in to the store and left us to browse. Stepping in to help when they realised we needed it. Ended up going away to think about our purchase but returned the next day for more advice and information. The lady that served us was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We ordered what we wanted with her and left the store. Hats off to your staff at that store.

I am over the moon with my experience with DFS. I went into the shop with an idea of what I wanted after looking on the website but I realised when I was shown a sofa bed that it was not suitable for my needs. Dan, the salesman listened to what I wanted and showed me the perfect sofa bed and matching sofa. He was brilliant throughout and I was not pressured, just well informed. I am really happy with my choice. I can't thank him enough for such a pleasant experience.

We could walk round take everything in and decide what we wanted, and no one is pushing sales , and the everyone who works there today were very helpful and friendly
