Arrived at store and was met by happy smiling faces and a good morning. Very polite staff and none of them following you about which I prefer. We then got some advice from Lauren and decided after thinking about it to choose another sofa from the original one. Her customer service was really good and before long everything was sorted. Dawn and Cadence also were very helpful too with my daughters purchase. All in all, great service.

Customer service was 2nd to none
Customer service was 2nd to none. We couldn't make our mind up on 2 x 2 seater leather recliners in tan.
Advisors were very patient, helpful and gave us excellent advice.
We were thrilled to purchase our new sofas for our new log cabin that we will soon be moving into.

Neil was brilliant
Neil at the Sunderland sales office could not have been any more brilliant. He took the time to identify our exact requirements in order to construct a perfect package for us on 2 sofas. He was clear and concise when going through all the cover features whilst being friendly and engaging throughout. Our last sofa was from DFS 12 years ago and the level of service coupled with the quality of the product made this an easy decision. Thanks Neil

From the moment we walked into the Sunderland store all the staff were friendly, however I must mention how amazing Emma was. From start to finish she was patient, attentive, very knowledgeable and answered every query I had, she made the whole experience a lot more comfortable. I am very grateful and I love my new sofa's.
