Nothing to do with the store
Nothing to do with the store. But the delivery has been a hassle. They have confirmed with me yesterday with a call that delivery will be made tomorrow, 22 aug. Today I received a call that it will be moved on 31 Aug. I already had the sofa collected today and have moved our holiday to next week and now I have to move it again because that is when the new sofa will arrive. I dont have much annual leave so I need to move it back to this coming weekend instead again. I also have 3 small kids running around the living room without the sofa so I need to pad every corner to make sure they dont bump their heads. This is so frustrating and costing me money. If they have not confirmed that tomorrow is the delivery I would not have moved the holiday for next week. Dont buy sofas here unless you have all month to be free for the delivery. It's a nightmare. Better to buy somewhere - cheaper and faster to be delivered.

Great sofa shopping experience with Caroline
