Excellent customer service
Calum the sales person who assisted us in choosing right product he is so knowledgable on products available. He didn’t give hard pressure sales that we experienced from other furniture suppliers, this can be so off putting. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he ensured he had explained finance terms available, delivery process and covered guarantee terms. Have experienced various levels of customer service and appreciated how Calum took time to go over details we were unsure of and answered all questions confidentially. He is such a valuable asset to DFS and purchasing products was such a pleasant experience.

I changed my mind about having the care cover as my husband has terminal cancer and with all the will in the world the chair will be unusable after due to his health as he deteriorates the chair looks fantastic comfy and the staff treated us like family.
