Sofa Shopping Made Simple!
We came into the store looking for a new sofa after having a look around at the weekend. We initially met Chris, who was incredibly helpful in giving us options based on the size of our room and, importantly, advising us on the best sofa for our home with two young children and a new puppy!
We returned today to see Chris again and purchase our sofa. He was extremely patient with us, carefully checking all the measurements and making sure we chose the perfect fit for our room. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really trusted his advice and opinion.
Hopefully, we’ll have our new sofa in time for Christmas, which will be fabulous! 🎄🛋️
Customer service from Chris was 10/10. We couldn’t have asked for better help and would definitely recommend him!

Never disappointed with the service
We were aloud to wonder around and not hassled. Very polite and pleasant staff. Sofas well presented all areas clean and tidy. Our rep Chris was knowledgeable and informative and patient. We have always bought our sofas from DFS and never been disappointed with the service.

Friendly and helpful staff, no pushy sales talk and even though the store was very busy, we weren't rushed at all. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa.

Disgust delivery options and how long it takes to be delivered.
