Easy to do business with and friendly staff

I saw several people in my several visits to the store and all were very competent especially giovanna today.

The young man assisting me went above and beyond to be helpful, he’s an asset to the company

Lots of different sofas to look at and sit on.
Colour swatches were next to the sofa and were a good size to help with your choice.
Staff were helpful but did not chase you round the store or bombard us with unwanted questions or remarks.

Arti was very helpful explained everything

Danielle was professional, polite and friendly. She suggested different configurations to suit the space we have, which we found very useful. She was very knowledgeable about the different furniture we were looking at, which helped us to choose what was right for us.

Service was great Amandeep was extremely helpful in helping me choose my new furniture for my compact space. Lots of information and alternatives that would fit my space.

Mark, at the MK store. was extremely helpful, explaining all about the furniture involved and its care. He didn't rush us or pressurise us and seemed genuinely keen to be as helpful as possible. Mark explained in full the process for paying by finance so that we left the store with confidence. The overall service was excellent. My wife was even presented with a coffee!

The store is large with a really good selection of furniture. The member of staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't rushed and our concerns on sizing were met. Very happy with the items we ordered. The only negative is that we weren't aware of a delivery charge as this was never discussed so to see an extra £129 on the invoice was quite a shock!
