Confirmation email not accurate in my case
Ordering sofa , 2 chairs Excellent instore.Paperwork given to go home just for sofa care and receipt. Confirmation email of order when we got home just listed main colour of sofa NOT 2 colours ordered instore. Contacted uk helpline (not store as isnt one )30 min hold , Sent email, recontacted helpline 10 min, very helpful lady said on her screen order was as we were expecting, for some reason they can't show two colours on your e mail receipt . VERY STRESSFUL 45 MINUTES knowing you cannot change your order.Our previous order from DFS ( a number of years ago ) you left the store with a printed copy of what you ordered colour and style . This is a System process review Not the store who were very good .

Went sofa shopping in Milton Keynes and there are 5 outlets in same location which made for a longer visit! However went back to dfs as customer service and products were good
