Great customer service, Nigel was excellent
Great customer service, listened to what I wanted and showed me ranges that could meet the measurements that I needed. Even with restricted measurement I still had choice of a few styles and good colour choice. I wasn’t pushed to take the extras but talked through them and payment difference made clear. Nice no pressure sale. I can’t wait for my new sofas to arrive.

A really good shopping experience at Kettering DFS
Don and the lady (i know her name, i don't know how to write it down) that did the paperwork for us were really nice. Thanks to them we found the right couch and had a pleasant purchase experience which makes me want to go to DFS again in the future for the next purchase. They even gave us a nice discount and walked us through all the options.
I like that they wouldn't try to sell you the most expensive option or product but the product and option that is right for your needs and budget.
I am aware of the long delivery time, it's always like this with furniture, i am not sure what experience i will expect from the delivery itself but i hope it will go well.
As for the payment i like the 0% interest 4 year monthly payment option. It really helps people that cannot afford one off payment to get what they need for their home, without struggling to pay in full. And even if you can pay in full it allows you room to better budget your payments and pay monthly or lump somes along the road rather than committing fully to a huge payment.
