When looking for a new sofa the staff were very helpful and not at all pushy, they left us to browse and they were there if we needed help or advice. Richard was very helpful when I had decided on my choice.

Great service and all staff very friendly. Prices are reasonable - all tastes and styles catered for. Only popped in for a look as I have already seen a sofa bed online from another retailer that I was on my way to view at their local store. Ended up buying one from DFS which was over half the price I was going to buy. Staff were not pushy and gave me plenty of time to make my choice. Fast delivery also

Richard was so helpful in getting the best solution for our requirements. He was also really patient with my elderly mum when we brought her in to choose. Communication has also been great re delivery etc. via e-mails. Very easy system to use to pay and track deliveries.
It would have been nice to see the beds and bedroom furniture in the showroom.

Marks customer service was impeccable.
Mark was incredibly professional throughout.
With in 2-5 minutes of entering the Ipswich branch I was approached by Mark.
From meeting mark to completion with my order Mark was clear in his explanation throughout.
Mark was very attentive with his approach throughout my visit.
There was no pressure involved.
Mark simply was there to help and advice me in my purchase.
Mark was extremely knowledgeable with the product.
Mark also made myself and my daughter feel extremely welcome along with his friendly manner.
