I was made to feel quite at ease.
I found the staff very friendly & very helpful, Tom the young person that served me was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed, unlike people at other showrooms.

Great Service at GiltbrookWe already knew what we wanted before…
We already knew what we wanted before going to DFS. We explained our requirements to the sales assistant, who was knowledgeable and courteous in helping us make our choice. My wife and I would like to say that the experience was tranquil and we didn’t at any time feel pressured into purchasing anything.
