DFS Furniture - Crawley Reviews 

Store was very presentable. Staff Tom was very helpful with some other staff. Both found solutions we as a family looking for.
I can definitely recommend this store.

Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with DFS. I ordered the Gilmorton Sofa through the Crawley branch to only receive the incorrect coloured sofa after approximately 3 months. The Branch offered me to keep the incorrect sofa for what I would consider an insulting discount. Not even enough to cover my lost wages taking the day off work for the delivery. However, I eventually received the correct sofa after waiting approximately 5 months for DFS to offer me an embarrassing £50 deduction for the inconvenience. Overall, not happy in the slightest with the time taken and 'thank you for your patience' discount.

Really friendly staff helped made me understand would definitely recommend very nice young lady, Annie.

I had such a positive experience at DFS and really wanted to take the time to share it.

I recently went through a very upsetting situation where I was scammed buying a sofa elsewhere, so I arrived feeling quite anxious and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked into the store, the team were incredibly kind, understanding and genuinely caring.

A special thank you to Zoe, who was absolutely amazing. I explained what had happened, and she went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to listen, reassured me, and made the whole process feel safe and comfortable again. There was no pressure at all, just genuine kindness and support.

What really touched me was how much she wanted to help — she arranged additional items at no extra cost and gave me a discount. She didn’t have to do any of that, but it made such a difference after what I had been through.

I left the store feeling emotional, but in a good way — just really grateful to have been treated with such compassion and respect.

I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive for my family — thank you so much to Zoe and the team for restoring my trust and turning a very negative experience into such a positive one. It truly meant a lot.

Paula was friendly, helpful and professional. I made several visits to the Crawley store before choosing the sofas we purchased and she made sure to explain everything to us. I cannot review the sofas as they are yet to be delivered and used but if they are as good as Paula's service, we will be very happy
